I ahd a bad experience at another mcdonalds, in port huron, when they gave me the wrong toys, and when I tried to call and rectify the problem, I was given attitude and was spoken to very rudely. McDonald’s was filthy with dirty tables, sticky kiosks, dirty drink stations, and no ketchup in dispensers. I asked for ketchup packets and was offered the bottom of the barrel sticky packets..fries were fresh, though. My sandwich was very poorly made.

My sister and I stopped for coffee. Waited at ten minutes, nobody came to the counter. There was a young man who didn’t get his hash browns who came in from outside and was waiting before us. My sister finally peeked behind the counter, and said something. We walked out, went down the road and grabbed a cup of coffee. I really hope you can get your issues straightened out there.

Dont worry i wont hurt your numbers because i dont want to wait at end of parking lot while you make food. Ill just never return to this location that should help your numbers having less customers to service.

On Sunday Aug. 6th, 2923 @ 9:30pm. The manager needs to be retrained in customer service or removed from manager. Completely made me feel like I was a nuisance and had no ability to communicate with the costumers. She was edgy, rude and made me feel like she didn’t want any costumers. I come here three days a week for the last 8yrs and she got her wish, as I won’t be visiting this McDonald’s anymore. She had only a few customers and it seemed all she was worried about was hating here job and getting our of there for the night. Just a simple question of wanting fries gave her an attitude. She just needs some retraining or too be questioned if she is in the right business. I never leave reviews and this tells you how I felt after leaving to have to leave my first and last review.
