Its an absolute ZERO STARS. Like really people, how hard is it to follow verbal instruction?
This is not the 1st time, but I can assure it will be THE LAST this location messes up a simple order.
How does a McGriddle sound like a sausage McMuffin WITHOUT egg?
Disgusting sweet syrupy McGriddle, patty not well done.
My husband ordered a steak and cheese bagel with the egg on the side. And what did this crew do? They COST McDonalds money by adding the eggs ON the sandwich AND gave him eggs on the side.
How is this good business practice or good customer service (not paying attention to orders) when it’s costing Mc Donald extra money and angry customers calling wanting free food because the order that was served to them was incorrect.
Not sure what is happening, overwhelmed morning shift (my husband was there at 10am), crew not paying attention or just doing the bare minimum, not caring if things are incorrect. Maybe its a management issue? Whatever it is, im taking the privilege of speaking for those who wont speak up… Mc Donalds….. DO BETTER.

Used my app to order my lunch. Double filet o fish ordered. See receipt in picture. Got home and there was a single. Disappointing.
Quarter pound burger ordered without onions and ketchup. That was correct but the burger was in pieces on the bun. Makes you wonder.
The lastly the fries. Should be asking “Would you like fries with your salt?” I had piles of salt falling out of the fry container. Why?
The part that really irritates me is that I find this after I get home. Like I really want to go back to the restaurant and complain.

Pretty sure they skipped the “strawberry” part in our strawberry shakes. More like they waved a strawberry over the shake and hoped for the best. Pretty disappointing.
They also very obviously don’t rinse the mixer, as I could taste chocolate from a chocolate shake in our strawberry shakes.
I get it’s McDonald’s, but come on.
Do better for the price you charge now! We could have gotten strawberry frappuccinos from Starbucks for that price and it would have tasted 1000 times more like strawberries.

Put a mobile order in when I was 20 minutes away. Service was slow. And they completely made the burger wrong. HOW DO YOU MESS UP A MOBILE ORDER ITS SPELLED OUT FOR YOU! Will never use this McDonald’s again they suck.

From the Big Mac, to the nuggets, to the drinks, to the fries, it was all perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed it. It’s very rare to get a perfect meal at McDonald’s these days. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I hope the food is like this all the time.

I called and was told a specific menu item (shamrock shake) was available. I arrived 5 minutes later, and when I ordered the item, I was told it was not available. So, staff need to be be made aware of all menu items and marketing for the item should be removed if unavailable.

my food on the other hand.
Why would you put the extra onions on the bottom of a burger instead of on top where the sauce and pickles are.
Also you may not want to serve stuck together nuggets because they are not fully cooked and they are disgusting
