Come on guy’s you got to do better then this I order from this place a lot and when I say I want extra meat added to something I expect to see that extra meat I paid for I’m not pissed off like some folks get because I know you guy’s will make up for this you always do if somethings not done right so I hope that with my next order it gets taken care of. This place has gone down hill so fast. Consistently 10 minute wait times. Before even placing my order. And every time the order is wrong. Let me start by saying—my expectations for fast food are extremely low. I’m not expecting fine dining. I just want something quick, hot, and edible. That’s it.
I came to this location just wanting some chicken nuggets, fries, and a drink. I ordered at the kiosk and waited… and waited… and waited. 25 minutes later, my food finally showed up. And when I looked at it, it was obvious it had been sitting under a heat lamp (or worse) for a while. The fries were cold. The nuggets looked like they’d been cooked an hour ago and left to die.
When I politely brought this up, the woman who brought it out looked at me like I was crazy for not wanting to eat cold food. Eventually, they gave me a fresh order—which took another 10 minutes. The fries were finally hot. The nuggets? Still room temp. So I guess that’s a half-win?
Bottom line: If you’re expecting “fast” food, do yourself a favor and skip this location. The service was slow, the food was subpar, and the attitude I got when I complained was just the cherry on top.

DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION — The crew members at this location could not be more rude. I had trouble ordering through the kiosk and they were disinterested in providing any assistance. Ended up going through drive-through. Had to move ahead to wait for order. Had ordered ketchup. Asked if it was in the bag, and delivery member indicated “I didn’t ask her for ketchup — not there” and walked away. I will NOT return to this location.

One of my best experiences at a McDonalds. I stopped by last Saturday night and used drive through. My sandwiches tasted perfect! The meat was cooked right and the buns were soft. The folks that worked there did an awesome job and on top of that they were nice and provided great service. Wish all McDs are like that. Thank you!

They forgot half our order through drive-thru. Partially my fault as well for not double checking the bag!! But when I got home o realized half the order was missing. I just highlighted those items on my receipt and came back up to the restaurant and was taken care of RIGHT AWAY!!! The manager apologized and took action and I honestly couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. People make mistakes; we’re only human and that’s bound to happen. What I appreciate more is them being friendly, apologetic and quick to make things right.

Tried ordering a Frappe 1AM on a Friday and the woman said no, the machines were cleaned. Not a 24 hour operation. Tried ordering deluxe chicken sandwich, she listed 3 different chicken sandwiches that were also not available, and would not explain what was on the one that was available. Was extremely rude and muttering to herself saying things “like what?”. No quarter pounder available. Before even fully completing the word of every item ordered, she barked “Anything Else?”. She was screaming to her coworkers at the window. Based off of the customer service I would not trust the food. Her attitude was unsanitary. Also, it took 20 minutes for 2 fries and a burger. When we got home, we decided not to eat because we were so uncomfortable by the experience.

I’m not sure who hired the manger or the employees messed up attitude. Bad customer customer service and the food is bad. Oil is old fruit taste like WD-40. Don’t ever eat here I hope this message goes to McDonald headquarter and replaced all the ignorant employees

Food was fine but the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The soap dispenser was broken, there was trash all over the floor of both the stall and the main area, the toilet was nasty, and it smelled bad. The kiosk worked, but it did not print me out a receipt, all the table tents were broken, and my table was literally coming apart at the seams. I told them about the bathroom 30 minutes ago and they haven’t even looked in there. My first thought upon taking in the scene of the bathroom was “if they care this little about keeping the bathroom clean how are they handling my food?”. I won’t be coming back.
