Upon arrival, there were many parties waiting inside and outside of this location. Thought they might of said 15-20 minutes wait time, but Checked in around 6:54 PM, seated by 7:11 PM. Quicker seating probably because it was just two of us. Waitress was very friendly, polite, and efficient. Her service was well worth our wait. Ordered our food immediately upon seating. Food delivery began in about 5-10 minutes of placing the order. She checked up on us occasionally. We did not feel neglected. The atmosphere was pleasant and clean. No sour smells at the table or seating. Great food selections. All food ordered was well prepared and tasty. Would consider visiting this location again and recommending to others. All employees encountered during this visit were polite and friendly.

We were sat at a wobbly table at the kitchen entrance. Cutting steak on a wobbly table disrupts the whole meal. For everyone. My porterhouse was way overdone. I’ve never one to complain or send food back but I did this time. I ordered medium rare and it was gray inside. Our waitress was a delight.

It’s hard to know where to even begin here. I could really dig in, or I could just say that the ultimate mind blow was when the bartender literally told us she’d get to our drink order later. We sat for quite a while with empty drinks. When we first arrived, it took a while for her to muster the energy to wipe the counter for us to sit… which was fine. There’s were multiple empty seats that needed a wipe down and she wasn’t feeling a sense of urgency, I will guarantee you. It then took a strange amount of wandering around to muster the notion to get our first drink order. But she eventually did. She finally asked us if we wanted bread… we did, and when it came, we asked for utensils, which never came. After a while of brushing my fingers off and dabbing my lips with my fingers, I finally walked to the front of the house and found silverware myself. It was well after we got the bread. We sat with empty drinks for quite a while… no water either. I got bored waiting, and cleaned our bread board up, and wiped down our counter top. My husband finally asked if we could order, but alas, it wasn’t quite time for that either. When it was time to mozy over and take our order, we asked if we could order drinks, and the bartender said that she’d get our food order in and then come back for our drink order. Well, that never happened either. But hey, the hostess walked up and noticed my sheer shock when asked how we were doing. She saw the empty seen as captured in the attached photo. My husband took me here for my birthday for a nice quiet dinner and a little ‘together’ time. We both enjoyed our choice cut of steak which was cooked to perfection, with a side, salad, and fresh baked bread that was equally delicious. Although we may have lingered a little longer than some, our waitress was very attentive and friendly. Things couldn’t have been better for a wonderful dinner and time spent with my husband on my birthday.

Con: Longhorn needs a complete overhaul. When is the last time this restaurant has been remodeled? The carpet smells horrible, there is dust, the seats are worn, and there is trash everywhere. Our experience at Longhorn Steakhouse in Albany was awesome. Our waitress was … Omg I just forgot her name, but she is pregnant. She took our orders, was very nice, and never complained. She had a small party that sat behind us that I heard complain about everything. They got on my last nerve, if they got on hers, she NEVER showed it. We had a large party, celebrating the matriarch of the family birthday. Our orders came out hot and the food was delicious. The waitress saw that I gave the matriarch a card for her birthday, and she asked her if she wanted a birthday sundae. She brought it out, we sung happy birthday, and she shared with the greatgrands.
