This McDonald’s has the worst sweet tea. I have had sweet tea at several different McDonald’s in several different cities and states. Every single one has had good sweet tea except this one. You can barely taste the sugar. When I questioned the employee about it having sugar in it she was very rude. She took my cup and poured sugar in it and gave it back to me and said there you go.

We placed an online order Got to McDonald’s in Covington Indiana We hit the button to check in it said to please pull up or come inside to get your order and the money was taken off my card for this order We get to the window and we’re told that we cannot have our food because there is no order placed although we have our order on our phone showing the manager which was very rude and she would not give us our food or our money back and tried to tell us that The money that was taken from my account is pending although we showed her it is not pending it was actually taken out of our account and still refused to fill my order I will never ever again go back there and be treated that way. I didn’t even want to give this place one star but I had to to be able to make this post. So for everyone else out there make sure you do not order online because they will take your money and not give you your food.

Super rude. Was there for about thirty minutes. I set a mobile order and came in once the app said they were having issues with the order. Was told they didn’t have it in the system even though I had been charged. The lady told me I wouldn’t be charged even though I showed her I was. The manager blew us off and said to dispute it with our bank.

Horrible customer service. I used the Mobile app to place my order. It errored as it almost always does so I had to go inside. No one would come to the counter to even see what we needed. Just continued to process other orders. After about 20 to 30 minutes they finally checked on us. All this to have them say they don’t have our order in the system despite the fact that I had the code and the order on my phone right there. Asked if I wanted to start the order over. Lol yeah I have another 30 minutes to waste. Manager on duty was overwhelmed and horribly rude to everyone that ordered inside.
