I meet my dad from out of town yesterday 10/29/25 for an early dinner. They were not busy it took about 10 minutes for someone to come take our order. You could hear people arguing in the back. The lady that finally came and took our order didn’t greet use she just came and stood there and stared at us. I understand people have bad days. But at least do your job. The kicker though was my dad ordered a fish sandwich with no tartar sauce. The sticker on it said no tater sausage. Open the box and it’s loaded with tarter sauce. It took close to 25 min to get 3 items so he didn’t say anything he just wiped it off. McDonald’s needs to just stop hiring anybody, treat there staff better, and maybe they will care about their customers. At this point our McDonald’s is lucky if anyone has an order that comes out right.

Got a cheeseburger happy meal and then a double cheeseburger meal. Got my shake first and never got my food. I had to go ask. For my happy meal I got a cheeseburger and it was supposed to be only ketchup and cheese. Was only a bun, patty and a small squrt of ketchup, no cheese. Burger was very dry and salty. Frys were cold even thought they told me they were hot. Took forever to get food and for being told it was hot not hot at all. Very disappointed.

I am so done with this McDonald’s in Attica. I go there all the time because its close and I never say anything about my incorrect orders but this morning when I tried to get my order fixed, they gave us attitude so hard the lady said “seriously “! when I asked for hot sauce and I got home to check the rest of my order and my two sandwiches were wrong also. Such bad attitudes when they are getting orders wrong and taking it out on customers

We came for ice cream and our McFlurys hardly had Oreo in it and wasnt mixed in well. The young man that took our order and brought it to us was very nice considerate. There were alot of flies and gnats in the dining room and not alot of tables clean

I went in the restaurant and it was very clean. The mcflurry came out fast and the staff was very friendly! Cortney Radford was the one who took my order and she was very polite!!

I have had various occasions where me and my friends have gone to this mcdonald’s to hangout and eat and have always had a negative experience with their employee AUTUMN HUBARD. There has been many times where me and my friends will be eating together and you can hear her scream at us with various cuss words( we did not do anything to her). Just tonight me and my friends were ordering at the kiosk to which autumn is outside flipping us off and screaming. I immediately let the manager know that this is an ongoing issue that has been happening since april. Repeated behavior such as this for months should not be tolerated. Do better with your employees.

Every single time, no matter what I order, I have to pull forward and wait. I order and quarter pounder and they tell me, we make it fresh that’s why. I change my order to a big Mac, and still have to wait. Multiple times and it’s not even busy. The service needs major improvement!

Everytime I go they mess up something. I’m lactose intolerant and always ask for no cheese on my burgers. They decide everytime to put double cheese on it. Disappointed.
