What a joke. Zero customer service or accountability. Family member came home to open their bowl in which it should have had extra sour cream, to discover it was literally a bowl of sour cream… pictured below. We decided to take it back as it was inedible and showed the workers to which they did not apologize once or offer any solutions. We genuinely had to ask to have it remade, no offer of a refund or anything of the sorts. Zero urgency or enthusiasm to make our experience right. We then waited for 10 minutes while they prepared other customers orders, acting like we were inconveniencing them. Hilarious “customer service.” I’m sure the manager would be appalled, that is if they don’t also encourage the behavior. Will not be returning to this or any chipotle. Again, what a joke of an establishment.

Dirty, dirty, dirty. No real managers or authority figure over the age of 18. Again dirty, messy, no cleaning of stations, toppings everywhere, told they were out of chicken with still 3 hours of open time. Gave extremely tiny portions even for extra meat. Absolutely not organized. Needs help desperately as I have been to many Chipotle establishments with the majority of the works being younger but at this particular location they’re Absolutely lawless and standards are way way way down. They weren’t rude but simply need guidance and more training as having cheese everywhere, old guacamole on every surface. I almost walked out. Literally got my dish not to be rude. But maybe it’s just that shift? But really if you have the chance go to a more professional and up to standard location. After reading the other reviews, sounds like this is the standard for this location. Shut it down immediately if you cannot maintain even the most basic amount of professionalism.

I placed order from app and picked up. When I got home, I realized that the bowl is only half full and barely has meat in it. And it’s the third time already, done with this place. Wonderful job. Highly recommend 🙂

Tonight my wife & I wanted to do a “taste off” between my favorite Chipotle and her favorite Qdoba.
When we walked into this Chipotle, I sadly knew it was going to be not a fair “taste off”. You know that by the look of disarray from the serving line to the grill and prep area. It was a mess.
Sure, it was 6:30pm on a Friday night. Maybe after the dinner rush. But that should be no excuse for the mess it was and the lack of quality you’d expect from a chipotle. I know it’s been nearly 12-years since I was a Chipotle crew member but I didn’t think the standard has dropped that low.
Beyond the Chipotle being below expectations for cleanliness and prep. When doing the taste test the chips did not meet expectations—where was the hint of lime? The chicken was over chopped and lacked the adobo flavor. The only shining light was the cilantro lime rice. Sadly, the queso was “off” and my wife was proud to boast that her Qdoba won the competition.
Sad day for me. And even sadder day for Chipotle.
I’d love to help. I am not one to complain and not want to fix it. I sure learned a lot and loved my time working at Chipotle and wish it was better for tonight’s “Taste Off”.

I hate to write reviews like this, especially since at one point this Chipotle actually was decent. But recently, and especially last night the behavior and attitude of the employees is very below standard. The employees were unfriendly and very unwilling to be there and help customers. There were a few of them that were extremely rude and that is unfair. The food was also way less portion than normal and quality was low since none of the food was fresh. The biggest issue is the customer service and I really hope that all the employees get better training and can change their attitude. I would love to see actual positivity from them. I would definitely recommend going to the location in the Sunset Mall on Cornell instead) who actually have improved a lot and way better employee friendliness and service)!

This Chipotle location is an embarrassment to the brand. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but the quality here has completely fallen off a cliff. They’re clearly cutting corners — the ingredients taste old, and I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re reusing food from the previous day. That’s not just lazy, it’s disgusting. On top of that, the portions are laughably small. You’re paying full price and getting half the bowl you’d get at any decent location. This place is a ripoff and a health concern. Do better, Chipotle — this is unacceptable.

I live right next to this location on Stucki Ave. They do not clean their soda fountain. The ice contains black specs, which I assume is mold. Disgusting! I brought this issue to customer support in the past, and they assured me they would investigate. Months went by without ordering a drink from there, enough time where I assumed the issue was dealt with, so I decided to order 2 drinks, only to find MORE MOLD on the ice cubes. I had to leave the drinks at the restaurant. Unacceptable, this place is going to make people sick!

I swear the people that work at this location are the most miserable people EVER. A bunch of high schoolers that don’t have any ounce of politeness or good customer service. I never write reviews ever, so this just goes to show how AWFUL this location is. I have had several experiences now at this location where the staff has been unfriendly, not listening to me, and on top of that the food quality is bad. Tonight was my final straw. I walked up and greeted the employee, he didn’t respond at all was just staring at me no reaction. I started my order, again he was not listening to me. I asked for a little bit of pico which I emphasized, tell me why this kid puts a massive scoop of pico. I literally had more pico in my bowl than rice. I was really trying to keep an open mind and continue to give this location a chance but I give up. Again, I never write reviews, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

My wife and I came in at 8:30pm, once we came in there was two coworkers in the front blatantly having a conversation and then proceeded to ignore us and went to the back, not one employee was on the floor. There was no meat prepped either, the grill was empty and probably not even on. This is completely unprofessional, there’s only two guests waiting and there’s not a single employee out to even represent the company.

I’ve been here before and had decent experiences, but this was by far one of the worst I’ve ever had. They rarely ever use the online pickup rack to begin with, but this time my order was there so I picked it up thinking it was complete. Only when I got home did I realize they didn’t include any of my sides in the bag, and my burrito bowl didn’t have the guacamole I added either, so I’m stuck missing half my order and the app only offered coupons for the sides instead of a refund. It’s not like there were a bunch of other orders either, it was 9:30PM and only a couple other people were waiting. Terrible service, I’ll be shocked if I come back here again.
