Lazy manager decided he would close the store an hour early, even though the website, app, and window said they should be open until 1 am. Mobile ordered for counter pickup and actually paid for the order and got a receipt, but had to argue tooth and nail with 3 different workers for 20 minutes just to get our food we already paid for.

Absolutely awful. Cups did not have lids properly secured and spilled inside my car as a result, fries were mostly raw and cold, and my son’s burger was not made as ordered. I had to practically beg for napkins to clean up the spill in my vehicle, and insist that the employee at the pick-up window dispose of the spilled cup–she initially refused.
I’ve had better experiences when other people are working, but on this particular day, I think I would have had a better experience if I’d instead had a colonoscopy while wide awake.

They have the newest designed Big Mac. I am amazed, and it just remained me about the Mac Jr. with double meat patty. They should definitely award their cook for this innovation. The pictures attached are two Big Macs I’ve bought later this afternoon.

There are two McDonald’s pretty close to campus and this is a decent choice. They usually are pretty quick and have everything available on the menu. The service has always been friendly and they seem to be very nice and quick.

I went through drive thru, and first off they have two different speakers and no one was answering the first one, they should have a sign on it or something. We get to the window and there’s no one behind us but we sit and wait maybe 3 minutes for the window to open so we can pay, the guy was monotone and no customer service at all, we get to our food, the girl doesn’t say a word to us, hands us the food, we thank her and she just shuts the window.
We get our food, then! The bun is stale, it had just switched over to lunch so it made no sense why the bun was stale, the food was also cold too. Would not go here again after this.

Sat in line for my mobile order for 45 mins. And this is what I got. An uncooked quarter pounder with cheese and cold fries. When I told them the fries were cold they gave me reheated fries that were hard and tasted like grease.

Very quick service. I ordered online through the app with np problems. The place was very clean with workers cleaning. Very quiet. Only thing I will note is that they claim to have wifi, but no password was provided anywhere.
