Super awesome burger. I had the number two which is two patties 2/3 pound french fries and a drink and with tax it was $20. It is definitely not your cheap McDonald’s Burger King type burger. The burger was well cooked loads of flavor. French fries were perfect. Definitely would go back And then back again.

I had a great first experience at this place when I visited with a friend who recommended it. The food was served quickly, the customer service was friendly, and the place was clean. However, it was a completely different story when I returned with my family. The customer service was unfriendly, and our burgers took 40 minutes or longer to arrive. When they did, they were cold and wrong.
Additionally, the staff seemed disinterested, and I noticed one employee spending time on their phone instead of helping out. I also observed that the drive-thru was slow, despite the response to a previous complaint stating that the place is not a fast food location. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience and won’t be returning.

I truly loved this place, but the quality tonight was absolutely awful. Bland, burnt burger and undercooked, soggy fries. The paper bag fell apart before we even got the food out. Kiddo wouldn’t eat it because “it smells bad.” It really is a shame, as I have talked this place up since I had my first burger there! I expected the best burger in NWA. That wasn’t what I recieved, though.

Recently ordered 5 burgers and fries totalling around $90. Every burger had zero fixings, we were just given plain dry burgers in buns. Nothing else. We specifically said every burger needed fixings. My friend were super disappointed but we were at my house and in a rush so didnt bring them back.
Why do these smaller burger joints do that? The burger on the menu should be the fully dressed, fixed up burger. If people want to remove stuff then thats on them to make sure they take it off. It should not be on the customer to make sure the burger is what they want on top of making the effort to visit and buy the food expecting a good burger. The burger should be the easiest thing to order but places like this make it difficult. I never have this issue with fast food joints, only the independent joints. You might wanna change that, this is not the first time its happened and though puts me off every time. I end up driving further for a place i know will give me what i order and expect.

*BEWARE* If you order the 2/3lb burger, you will not be able to finish it.
The burgers are so fresh that the 1/3 will fill you up in no time. I attempted the 2/3lb on my first visit and almost had to roll myself out to the parking lot.
As another reviewer mentioned, you have to get the fry sauce, it’s delicious.
I don’t know if you’ll find a fresher burger in all of NWA. They have the balled up patties right there ready to be thrown on the grill.
If anyone is complaining about how long it takes to get their food. It’s because it’s not all precooked. Pretty simple concept.

We were suggested CJ’s for “best burger in NWA”. I had to try it. It is a phenomenal burger: real meat, ground in-house; fresh condiments; excellent, cordial staff; and the Dr. Pepper was perfect (indicative of a good filtration system). The burger is the style of Freddy’s but the flavor of [insert your favorite burger joint]. For me, I would eat here anytime I didn’t want to cook a burger and had a craving. The fries are equivalent to Five Guys (best fries in my opinion). 10 out of 10 for CJ’s. My wife said her salad was great, and the chicken was very good.
