first extreamly slow
2. my order was a tabel order … they droped a bag on the mobil pickup counter …. when i ask whats going on ..very rude oh we don’t do table service after 10pm.
i ordered the frice no salt …
tast like the put it on the burger.
tables are not cleaned up and floor dirty.
they love to chat in the back and don’t do there job.
defenly on my blacklist

I placed a mobile order, for counter pick up. I ordered breakfast and a few pumpkin pies to satiate my basic white girl munchies for the day. I go in to pick up my order and the friendly associate working informed me that it would be about 10 minutes for the pies. That was no issue. They were not important but I didn’t have time to wait. I requested a refund. She stated that since it was a mobile order, I had to do it through the app. Again. No issues with that.
My issues arises from the app stating that I have to go into the store for a refund and the store saying that I have to use the app. I am now out the money for the pies because no one can seem to process a refund. Granted it’s $4, but it’s the principle of it.
Either the associate needs trained properly, or there’s a whole other issue here.
If you’ve read this far, the food was what you’d expect from McDonald’s at 5am. No complaints about that!

‼️⚠️ DON’T STOP HERE ⚠️‼️the employees in the kitchen are very slow and they all look frustrated. Plus they will take forever to give you what u ordered, They will serve you cold food and give you wrong orders. This place is definitely the worst MCDonalds i been through. Definitely a no no.

Best McDonald’s in town!
The food is always hot and quickly served, the people at the drive through window are always nice and seem to be clean, and the orders are always correct! If I had the choice, I’d pick this McDonald’s over the one at the other side of town every time. My family also really loves this specific restaurant because they salt their fries better.

Stopped at this McDonald’s specifically for the Croc happy meal. It’s in the window when you pull in and on the kiosk to choose when you order. However, when our food was brought to the table, we didn’t receive the correct happy meal. When I took it back to the counter, I was told they do not have them, but it isn’t advertised anywhere that it was unavailable. I wasn’t offered a return, I was just to accept it as it was.

Here is a picture of my “large” fry. They almost put enough fries in it for a small fry. There were not dumped fries in the bag. If this happened once I wouldn’t say anything, but this location consistently does this. It’s like the employees are trained to short the customer. UPDATE: Here is my bacon bagel with two half pieces of bacon. Complete waste of money. Go elsewhere.

I ordered the tops/bread of the mcgriddle. I was charged 3.79 for the bacon, egg cheese, sandwich special request minus no bacon, no egg no cheese. 2 of them. Basically I paid for the sandwich got 2 peices of bread. I paid for it thinking i paid alot for my breakfast….as I was waiting in line for my food for 10 mins I started to look at the receipt. I went back up to tell the cashier, McDonald’s just sales the mcgriddle patties/bread. I do it all the time. He said sorry. No money back or let me get the manager and make this right. I stood there and looked at him. I am very quick to react if i feel i am right but I just walked away because he is a kid and it was fathers day. I don’t like being overcharged 4 dollars. Idk if it’s because the big bosses were there, but this is the best McDonald’s I’ve been to. The design of the place is nice, modern and clean. The food was extremely hot and fresh and the service was great.
