This location showed extreme care for their customers and utmost service, the manager Jackie is absolutely amazing and assisted with not only providing us with a top tier meal made to perfection but also with the flat tire that we pulled into the parking lot with. She helped me change my tire and gave the best service one could ask for. I’d recommend this location 1000 times over!

I went to this location this morning to get 2 BEC biscuits, 2 large fri, and a sweet tea. First off the AI at the drive thru was atrocious. It decided that I wanted 2 family size fries ($5 each) where a human would have asked me if that’s really what I wanted. The ai did not give me a price and I wasn’t informed of the total till I got up to the drive thru window. I then asked an employee to explain the cost, unfortunately they were not very much help. I checked my receipt when I received my food and the AI had ordered me 1 bec combo, with family size fries, added another family size fries, and added another biscuit. A human would have informed me that it would have been cheaper to get another combo. I then checked my food, well ..my fries were only half full and the biscuits were just luke warm and poorly put together. I then had to get out of my car and go inside where someone I believe to be a manager took care of me by giving me more fries. All that said, I will probably not stop at Bojangles anymore until a human factor is brought back into the picture.

I have definitely left some bad reviews of places in my lifetime but not this time. Was it slow service yes. However the manager Sal and his coworkers were making the most of a short staffed situation. Attitudes were good and food was good. To the local Bojangles franchise owner. The folks that are actually showing up to work deserve a raise. They could easily walk out and work somewhere that is fully staffed but they are making you money.

I ordered a biscuit and gravy. Thats all. I was asked to pull forward as they were waiting on biscuits to cook. 6 mins. I waited nearly 30 mins before I called and asked what was going on. The manager said they didnt know I was sitting out there. I asked for my money back. Little over 3 bucks. Was told they could bring my food but no refund. I insisted on a refund. Was then told the general manager would be there this afternoon. I could call back. The manager told me…its not my fault we had to wait on biscuits to cook. Actually it is your fault. You forget you have customers and you don’t monitor your inventory. How can you not know your getting low on the a main ingredient? What a joke. Plus their sanitary rating was a 94. Yeah..I know why. The manager forgets to clean ! After asking what time to call back I was told I cant tell you that. I knew I was dealing with a under qualified manager. I would have offered the food and said let me get your name and number when the district manager gets here I will ask him to refund you. Thats professional!

The counter girl taking orders has NO business handling customers. She was SO RIDE. Angry at the world type attitude. She have not greeting and since it was my first ever visit I asked what Bojangles sauce is, here response was “I don’t know.”. Three times! Then she rudely said “I don’t know! I don’t eat the food here!” Zero attempt was made to ask another employee, ask a manager or even offer for me to try it and if I don’t like then I can ask for another sauce. When I finished ordering she just stood there looking annoyed. I had to ask if I get a receipt to which she rudely nodded her head to the right and said “you get it down there!”. As if I was supposed to automatically know. I had told her it was my first visit. The girl down the line also told me she didn’t know what Bojangles sauce was, saying she’d never had it BUT she did still try to explain what others had told her about it. That was helpful. Ate some tenders that were OK, hard to mess that up. The surprise and BEST part of the whole experience was the biscuit! It was hot, so soft and yummy. Sadly after this experience though even the biscuit isn’t enough to make me want to go back to a Bojangles.

Seriously one of the worst egg sandwiches I have ever received at Bojangles. The bacon was so burnt you could smell it through the paper. It was so hard and unedible and my egg was brown and overcooked. How could you serve this to someone? Get it together Bojangles!

Waited 10 minutes five cars behind me. We all drove off. They sent the AI voice to. We’re getting you an employee so that they wouldn’t take the orders drove around. Seem like the employees were overwhelmed. Only two people inside. Sitting Down. This really doesn’t fall on the employees. They’re probably doing their job. This is poor management, not having enough people to work, and they expect one to two people to run the whole thing. This is sad. This is The seven time I’ve came here and the seventh time I’ve had to drive off with not being able to order seven times is a lot Bojangles Reading the reviews. You guys need to step it up.

We like Bojangles. It’s the only fast food place we eat at. But, chicken pieces are smaller than they used to be. Maybe because of avian bird flu?
They didn’t have any slaw and the biscuit was hard and dry.
It’s still a good value and they don’t ask for a tip.
