I had the worst experience I’ve had with a fast food restaurant earlier this evening. I was cussed at and argued with by jeante who works for this McDonald’s location. I waited nearly 8 minutes after paying for my food which once given to me was cold. When jeante opened the window he used to f word and then argued with me that he actually shouldn’t know what my order is and it’s not his responsibility. Continued to cuss using the f word and telling me he “didn’t care” I did ofcourse ask for the manager as I’ve never been spoken to so awfully. Her name was Kim and she was very kind and very understanding. I will be filing a corporate complaint Monday morning on Jeante as I refuse to be treated with such disrespect. Kim did also let me know this isn’t the first problem they’ve had with him. He absolutely should not be employed in customer service by McDonald’s or any other organization. Completely disgraceful.

Nice clean McDonald’s restaurant. The food was served quickly. It came out fresh and as ordered. Unlike the Wabash location this one didn’t pull the fries early. Hot and fresh from a full cycle. The lobby was being cleaned and maintained while I visited. Staff is friendly and helpful. Check this location out. It might be the best one in town

I went to mcdonalds at 2:30am and I understand it was late at night but I was the only person there and you are at work so why was my double quarter pounder with cheese raw literally uncooked in parts I picked this food up for The executive Su Chef of the casino after his long shift and he ate this much before realizing because he was tired. I come to this mcdonals every day in the day time for myself I have never had an issue the day shift is amazing so tell me please why I got raw food ?

I have been going to this McDonald’s for 2 years and always have a problem with missing food, hairs in my sandwich, cold food even when they aren’t busy. You guys need new management or teach ypur management how to do stuff right and get rid of the employees who suck

The play place is newer but the AC doesn’t work in that area so it tends to be warm and smell like hot feet. Food isn’t usually to bad and if they mess up they fix it pretty fast.

First time I went inside to eat in years and regretted it. The seating area was clean but that was the only thing good. Drink station was more disgusting than a dirty gas station, every one of us had to go up to tell them something they forgot, and the attitudes were pure don’t know don’t care. Like I understand there’s nothing special about working in fast food but you should have more pride in how you present yourself, no matter the job you choose.

My burgers were so old and stale I couldn’t eat them. Not even one bite. They’d been under the heat lamp for so long that the paper was fusing to them. The workers at the window were nice, but that doesn’t excuse the quality of the food.
