Ordered our food at 8:01pm. Got the kids meals about 10 minutes after sitting at the window. Then was asked what we ordered 3 times….. we were then told to pull forward which then we waited again…. At 8:40pm a girl finally brings our food out…. They forgot our fries. I went in to get the fries and waited 10 minutes for anyone to even notice me standing there. I told the worker I was missing my fries which then took 3 minutes to look at my receipt…. Finally got our fries and they were lukewarm. I was so fed up with waiting. No apology or anything. Very disappointed. Will NOT be going back.

I ordered 3 mcdouble value meals, all with a burger, fries, and nuggets. every one of my family members that ate that day was vomiting and having stomach issues within 2-24 hours. my burger was plain, an odd amount of salt and the patty itself looked old but i’ve never thought id get food poisoning from an old burger. needless to say i will be calling the health department on this mcdonald’s. ordered Sunday around 3-4pm the 28th of december 2025.

Rude drive thru, asked to speak up so lady did and then was told not to yell. Sat in drive thru on hold for 7mins only to be told at 10:31am that they wont serve breakfast after sitting there BEFORE 1030. Never even got food. Seems like they did it on purpose to wait till after 1030 to not we’ve the entire line of cars breakfast. I know you gotta cut off at some point but literally made us wait till after the time and thenw as so rude. Went to a different establishment and got great service and food with human respect. Also was only trying to order 2 bagel sandwiches. Nothing else

One of my worst experiences in a McDonald’s ever. I would not recommend. Food was practically thrown at me from the drive thru and the food was super burnt to the point I asked them to kindly remake them. Service was also rude for no reason. I ended up throwing the food out anyway.

I used drive through… Ordered 2 MC flurries and was told it was $8.46 when I got to the window I was told $13.21. I told her it was 2 MC flurries and she said the right amount. I gave her a $20 and she gave me back $7.79. I again corrected her. Then the manager came and said they wasn’t going to charge me and she’d give me my $ back. I gave her the $7.79 and she gave me $8.46 back. When I told her I paid with a $20 she tried to give me $ 5.33 (added up to $13.79. I told her I’d give her all the money back and she could give me my $20 back she said just a minute and closed the window… Finally got the $20 back went to the next window for my food and he tried to hand me a soda… I told him that wasn’t right and he said That’s what you ordered. When I told him what I had he sighed and said that was the car in front of me… I saw him hand that car food and a drink. Finally got my mcflurries but probably won’t go back for a while… I hate to have to overpay and correct everyone on the job that’s very simple

Went through the drive thru yesterday to get my husband and I McRib sandwiches for dinner to be told that they was out of ribs at this time I was so disappointed they could of least put on the menu that they was out. Not even an apology from the staff just said we are out of ribs what you want to order. The service at this location really needs a lot of work.

This McDonald’s I would want to say, is worse than the other McDonald’s in Jasper and the one in Huntingburg; the reason I say this is because I have more “altercations” with this McDonald’s than the other ones. No, they aren’t horrible and deserve no business from me, but I kind of feel like they don’t exactly care to help is all. I was having some trouble with some rewards on the Kiosk in the front, and I asked if I could get help and the manager who is under the age of 17 and probably a junior in high school. She just told me that the rewards were acting up, and she didn’t even look at my problem or try to help me, then she just decided to get back to work, so much for helping a customer when they need help. I do not think this place is horrible at service, and the environment looks really nice to look at, and I think if I were on this side of town I might go back, It is just this would be the best place to go out of the three different Mcdonalds that I have been at and reviewed.

Hardly ever have a good experience here, you’re lucky if your order is correct and you’ve won the lottery if it is hot. Presumably not on the worker but placed an order online and was told I didn’t place my order at their restaurant. I’m always one to be patient and understanding but I can’t with this place anymore.
