Honestly, I don’t even know what to say. I came to get a Diablo Burger at 11am, and the meat was undercooked, and the workers gave me another with PINK MEAT. I’m disgusted by the lack of care in this establishment, and I EVEN SAW NOT 1 OR 2 BUT 3 MICE ON THE FLOOR. I immediately walked out. I didn’t even want a refund at that point, and you best believe I took a picture of it before I left. I told one of the workers, who was half asleep, and they brushed me off like he lives with the rats. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN NOW.

The water went out at this location on Sunday, Jan. 11th and the location was still open and selling food. There’s no way they were able to maintain safe food practices without water to include hand washing and food prep. This is a health code violation. I would steer clear of this location unless you want a serious bout of food poisoning.

This location always fails for us. Service from the staff is decent, but it’s the food that’s getting the 1 star. Every time we order the SantaFe chicken sandwich, it’s never good. Never has a “charbroiled” taste. They gave us not even a full chicken breast on the sandwich this time, and the green chile wasn’t even cut, just slapped on messy. Other mistakes too come along with this place, like incorrect drink is served to us and food in general just doesn’t taste fresh. That’s a reason why we stopped coming to this location, and went better to the Dyer/Diana location, but now that, that location is closed, we thought well let’s give the McCombs a try again & go back. Wrong again. Will not be returning.

Very very unsatisfied, went through the drive-thru ordered the three piece chicken tender meal with a Dr pepper easy ice. (No easy ice) they counted a nugget as a tender Asked for Buffalo as dipping sauce and got 3 bb-q packets no buffalo Dr pepper tasted like carbonated water,

If I could give 0 stars I would. They put bacon in my burger when I said I can’t eat pork because I’m muslim. The workers all seem high out of their minds, which explains why they can’t make my food properly. The meats always undercooked, the fries are soggy, and on top of that they always forget items in my order. Management clearly doesn’t care about their workers because they all seem burnt out/high. That just shows the owner doesn’t care enough about the customers to hire competent people and treat their workers correctly. Not to mention the place is filthy, do they even clean it? I’ve probably eaten bugs with my food without knowing it. I don’t expect much from fast food places, but this place somehow is so disgusting that I spit it out and had to leave a review. Repulsive. Astagfirullah.

I come here somewhat regularly but just be careful because they’re not always open during their listed business hours. There have been numerous occasions where I leave home a bit early to grab a bite to eat and they were just straight up not open either shutters in the drive thru closed.

Whoever is the team right now on 6/2/2025 around 8:30p-9p deserves a RAISE! Seriously, my food came out super fresh and it was put together with care. It wasn’t made sloppy, the fries were fresh and crispy, I also order a sourdough double and there was a good amount of everything on it. It wasn’t sloppy with extra sauce or a head of lettuce. I also got a cookies and cream milkshake and it was super delicious!! Thank you guys so much for actually taking your time and putting pride into your work. You deserve 5 stars and a raise!
