Been here 3 times the last few weeks and we’re doing giving it chances. Asked for extra onions on 2 cheeseburgers, one had normal onions the other had none. They even rang it up like that. Every time we’ve been we ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and gotten only one patty. Every time. Told us they were our of frappucino when the person behind us order one no issue and received it. Definitely not going back and not wasting anymore money here. I suggest just drive a little further for one. The food is also 50/50. One burger was fine, the other was ice cold and so tough I couldn’t chew it

I went thru drive thru around 10pm. I ordered food for my little boy and myself. While I was ordering my food when I ordered my french fries, I was certain to ask for them to be made fresh and hot. When we pulled up to the first window, a girl stood there and stared, and then just turned her back to us and was talking with a different employee. When we pulled up to the second window, the gentleman who had taken our order, told me the total, and then proceeded to argue with me about the order total I had asked him a question & I made a comment about it not being ok , he informs me while having attitude that it is ok . After he hands me the bags , I checked the order not only were we missing a sandwhich & the fries were cold (not even warm) we waited for him to come back to the window . I told him we were short a sandwhich he said that we had our order when in fact we did not . So he tells whoever in back . When he comes back to the window I told him the fries were cold that I wanted fresh fries . He sighs while tapping his fingers obviously irritated . This man talked over me and was hateful and rude. Then we waited another 10 mins if not longer for the French fries . Fries take 2:30-3 to cook. I feel as though he was making us wait longer for it out of spite. I had to walk in and ask for them . By the time we got the fries the sandwiches were cold . Beyond disappointing

Ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel, got pulled around of course. Sat there for 20 minutes, 2 other people to wait on this entire 20 minutes, they sent a girl out and she asked “what did you order? We forgot” I told her, she comes back 5 minutes later with a bagel with an egg slapped on it. I went in, she got a manager and the manager Lenora was absolutely hateful towards me and the employee over it, threw her headset on the counter like a toddler because she might have to do something. Had the kitchen make me what I ordered then said “HERE” and shoved the bag at me. Told her she was a delightful person and walked out. No more McDonald’s stops here for me! 🙂

Nobody at front, have to wave someone down, and still they usually ignore you. Tends more toward drive thru than in store customers. Use kiosk and just go get your own cup or you’ll be waiting awhile to get a drink

These stores have gone to crap ever since they changed the layout up front. Everyone hides in the back now. I ordered 2 cups and a large fry. Took them over 10min to acknowledge me after pressing the help buzzer and getting a “that’s not gonna make me work faster” response. There is no authority at these stores. Hell there isn’t even a dress code anymore. Nore facial hair codes. Dudes be having beards with no nets molbrow cigarettes t shirts blue jeans and shirts. I’d have been fired if I dressed like that back when I worked here.. what a disgrace this place is. That goes for all of them in Bloomington.

I had ordered 10 ranch cups due to food now and later. One of the workers “male” had purposely shorted me out and said it straight in front of me claiming it wasn’t on my receipt. I don’t see where I can leave pictures but I’m pretty irritated.

Stopped in after I got off work at 11:30 and when I went to order was told I could only order certain sandwiches and I ordered quarter pounders with cheese and bacon and 20-piece McNugget and large sweet tea and spent $20 something dollars and the sandwiches was thrown together worse than wat my kids make and some of the nuggets was over done and hard so far the worst experience I have has their

We were traveling and needed to stop for a snack and to switch drivers around 8pm. Store was clean, service was quick and friendly. Next time I am in the area I would stop again.

I inadvertently gave the wrong reward number only to be told they could not change it or cancel the order. Then when I receive the blue Fanta frosty the cup was only half full and they refused to fill it up and the drive-through service had to be the worst, I’ve ever experienced terrible attitude smart ass will never go back to this McDonald’s.
