My husbands quarter pounder was raw it wasn’t done They never answer their phone every time somebody calls or I call none of the McDonald’s still, they don’t make your food right. I don’t know how many times this is, like the third time that I tried calling them, because they got our order around McDonald’s is a joke.

Paid $14.55 for 2 quarter pounders and a coke. Both of the hamburgers were cold and very old. The only thing that was good was the coke. Thia was at 3:00 in the afternoon. So upsetting ! Was in a hurry so couldn’t even turn around and take my meal back. I would avoid this place.

My pregnant wife was craving a Big Mac so we came for food. WE WAITED 40 MINUTES AND NEVER RECEIVED OUR FOOD. Without even giving us an option for our food, I received some weird excuse that they couldn’t make our food and that I needed to go on the app to get a refund. So bizarre. What awful service.
We’ve received slow service from this location in the past but never been forced to leave empty handed.

Truthfully if you don’t like your job don’t go to work if you don’t know what you’re doing when preparing people food ASK FOR HELP. This McDonald’s needs to be completely restarted and trained better. I’ve had an horrible experience every time I go and it’s a waste of money ! It’s not about the money it’s about the quality and experience which is a Complete zero ! Is the reviews not enough for someone to take charge and make a change. I would be embarrassed to even work for the company and under what ever management it is. Yes I ask for extra sauce but for my sandwich to be covered completely to the point the sandwich can’t stay together and is so messy that it’s not enjoyable is so unnecessary. Sister who was driving ordered a small order curbside. I was in the passenger seat as she went to the bathroom. This girl comes out with two drinks and she looks at the car and walks back inside. She doesn’t even knock on the window and runs into my sister as she’s coming back to the car and gets snappy with her after she said I was in the car.
My sister doesn’t snap at anyone. Actively has anxiety. This employee was out of line. Employees here should be nice to customers who are respectful and not mean to them.
