Food is good as often as it isn’t. Fries are either fresh or old and taste like dog food. Always a long wait. Seems to be poorly managed especially in the evenings. Not the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to but it’s not too far off

Went in today to get food and the service was terrible. Had a manager roll her eyes and have an attitude when asked for cooked to order fries. Fries were lukewarm when I got them. Definitely will be reporting to corporate because this isn’t the first time this has happened

I really hate leaving negative reviews and try not to, but if you order on the app, expect to wait 20-25 minutes upon arriving to receive food. Often times food will be cold and fryer oil is not changed as frequently as it should be. Most* of the staff are usually friendly. I’ve been here multiple times over the years but lately I can’t recommend anyone to this location unfortunately.

I visited the lobby of the McDonald’s in Union City today and placed a lunch order of 2 Big Macs, 2 medium french fries, 1 large Coke, and 1 large unsweetened tea with 5 added Splenda packets. I was very disappointed when I reached my destination to discover that both Big Macs were doused in special sauce when I’d ordered light sauce and missing the extra cheese. The no salt french fries were cold, hard, and over salted. I’d not give the one star rating I did but, no stars aren’t an option. I won’t return.

My sons go here very often and I keep hearing how they’re getting treated worse and worse and even being taken advantage of because they’re kids. 1 example would be when my 10 year old wanted a grimace meal so he could get the special grimace shake. After he ordered they said they couldn’t make the grimace shake and he couldn’t replace it with anything but a frozen coke. My kid’s polite so he just went along with it for fear of embarrassment and confrontation. They gave him the $11 grimace meal with a small frozen coke instead of the milkshake which alone would’ve been about double the cost of the frozen coke. Anyway, my opinion is that the employee taking the order could’ve said they can’t make the shake so it wouldn’t make sense to spend that much when he would get what he ended up with for nearly half the cost.

I’ve never had such an awful experience, used the app to order food and arrived to curbside and waited & waited, after a 20 minute wait I went inside to get my food. The inside of the restaurant was a mess! People everywhere and no one getting service. I had to wait another 10+ minutes before I was able to talk to an employee and ask about my curbside order. I waited another 5+ minutes to get my order, check it and tell them it wasn’t complete – they finally got my order correct. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

FOOD is well mcdonald’s there just all the same aren’t they. Service is mediocre at best.There are a couple mangers in there that are together but in overall if u change one thing it’ll be wrong a example is just a few days prior to thus posting I ordered chicken bacon ranch deluxe easy on sauce I got extra sauce and no bacon but they did replace it but after so many times you get burnt the atmosphere is also not great lots of kids work there which isn’t a bad thing but there loud and don’t really care if the lobby is full there still going to talk and play some times it really isn’t appropriate family conversation so if I had toddlers anymore I wouldn’t want to take them inside just saying

I got two quarter pounders and a McChicken and after waiting nearly 20 minutes with not one apology all of it was literally ice cold… Have you ever eaten them greasy quarter pounders ice cold.. I literally gagged.
