This was the slowest drive through I’ve ever been in. Three cars (just two in front of me) took over 30 minutes. I witnessed the people in the car in front of me freak out on the server at the window, I mean she was gesturing and yelling and everything at this poor employee. When I pulled up, all of my order was ready (it was for five people, so no small order) and the poor guy looked like he was going to cry and apologized profusely for the wait. I felt really bad for him, it clearly wasn’t his fault. The order was complete, the food was good for fast food – hot and ready.

Wasn’t pleased when I got my food my drink looks like someone took a drink out of it , or just didn’t fill it up all the way but paying extra for what we want then not getting it is ridiculous,not to mention my food was cold and stale . Awful. Had a discount for buy one breakfast sandwich and they charged me for two and took it off of a cheaper sausage burrito, and for some reason made my sandwich a meal by adding on a diet Coke that I did not order and so we had to takeoff the Coke which we never got and ask them why are total was not adding up and told us they would have not fix it for messing up the sandwich. would have liked to get my money back i would’ve given the sandwich back if needed before i pay extra. the pictures are how they only refunded the coke. Definitely WILL NOT be back so disappointed.

The McDonald’s on state Street in Indiana is absolutely ridiculous and the managers and all the staff are rude and non friendly and they don’t get the orders correct anytime I have went there. When you have a issue with something at fast food you usually go to the manager on shift,well I did that and the manager was even more rude than one or more of the team members. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied at the McDonald’s on state Street in Indiana.

Drive thur parked me today for a large diet dr pepper. Is that not weird. I asked if they needed to change the syrup. Lady said no asked me to pull forward and they would bring it out to me.. it took 8 minutes to get it.
