ALWAYS FORGET MY MOBLIE ORDER. I always give them grace because I know they have to deal with all sorts of customers, but today I’ve had it. This is the 4th time that they’ve completely just forgot about me. I got my drink and a young man told me that I needed to pull up for my chicken sandwich. I was very understanding but hesitant especially since last time I was here during lunch hours I was sitting there for almost 30 minutes and three people at different time kept coming back to look at my receipt. This time I was there for 20 minutes nobody came and I just watch the get cleared and still nobody came or question why I was still there. Hopefully I can get a refund since I can’t ask for one the app. Do better. Going to a different location for now on! Thank you for consistently being disappointing!!

They forgot my sauce so I went back to ask for it and they were out, no biggie so I asked for a different sauce. I asked two girls for sauce and saw them go to grab it then waited 10 minutes for it since they had orders to run out … they never gave it to me I had to ask someone else. They didn’t even make the curbside order for the girls in line behind me until they came in to tell them they had been waiting a while. The service sucks but the soda is always yummy.

I will just drive to Jeff or Clark for McDonald’s. I ordered a 6pc happy meal and was given 4 in a box meant for 6. My receipt says 6. The workers were rude. The first window was fine, said have a nice day back to me in a monotone voice. However, that second window woman that didn’t even look at me as she handed me the happy meal. I said have a nice day and she said “mmhmm”, didn’t look at me once. Mediocre service is one thing, getting treated like a dog is another.

It was a busy morning so I understand having to wait a while for my food, but the frappe I ordered was with 3 espresso and I received 0 espresso. I wouldn’t have minded but I had to pay an extra $2.40 for something I did not receive. I also ordered the big breakfast with extra sausage and had to wait for a remake because they made it with steak. Again I understand the morning breakfast rush, but at least have the order correct if you’re gonna make the customer wait that long. I had to work myself so I couldn’t spend more time waiting for the correct frappe. I’m hoping to get compensated for the items I did not receive. This is a common occurrence with the espresso.

I stopped at McDonald’s because I needed something quick, but the experience was disappointing. I ordered one meal, and the cheeseburger had only one pickle and no onions. The fries were old, and my iced coffee took over 20 minutes. I was asked to pull forward, then eventually had to go inside, where I was ignored by multiple employees who were busy talking. When I finally asked about the coffee, I was told the machine still needed to be loaded before they could make it. Let’s just say it’s not worth your money or time.

After being out all day. I stopped at this McDonald’s as it’s 11:30p at night. I placed my order at the kiosk. Go to make my drink and they didn’t have sweet tea in the inside bar. So I asked the “manager” I guess he’s one as he was in a button up shirt. If he could get me some sweet tea. To his reply of “I guess I can”. He brings me my sweet tea. Then tells me I’m waiting on fresh fries. No problem. And then my food comes. At this point I’m just annoyed and wanna leave from me just asking for sweet tea. I then go home to eat my food. 1. Fries are not fresh lmao 2. This is what they put in the box for a “large” then no sauces for my nuggets. Like if you are gonna work in food service. Do your damn job and quit acting like this is a chore.
If I were you I would just drive to Charleston Road or state street McDonald’s. Just avoid this one.

Me and my friends was going to get some food late at night after work… we had ordered a mcchicken only lettuce and a triple cheese (with 4 meat 4 cheese) :that’s how my bf wanted it… tell me why I had to get the mcchicken remade 3 times bc they kept putting cheese on it ♀️ ♀️ and not on the other sandwich… the manager was so rude about it she was not happy (like ur the one messing my food up

This use to be the best McDonald’s but something has changed in the last few months. Food was made fresh, served hot, and timely. Now theres long waits with what appears to be staffing shortages. Food looks old, not fresh, and isnt hot. Spent $40 tonight for my family bc my kids wanted grinch meals. The big Mac burgers looked and tasted disgusting. The fries were not fully cooked and they were not hot. Drinks not full and barely any ice in them, one was supposed to be extra ice. I waited 15mins for my food to come out & I ordered on the app about 15mins before I arrived. Will be going to a different location from now on.

If I could give this McDonald’s 0 stars I would. The food is never fresh, hot, or correct. It has been this way for years. I try and avoid this location at all cost but tonight it was the only the option. My order was messed and cold. Sellersburg McDonald’s is far superior and I will forever go out of my way to avoid this location at all costs. I will NOT be back!
