I pulled through drive through last night. They gave me 2 double cheeseburgers that were 1-2 hours old. I pulled back through to have it remade. They asked for my sandwiches back then flipped the same reg patty’s over and tried to give it back to me when I asked them to make it fresh.
The girl in the front drive and the guy that gave me my card back after I just had them refund it were both rude. McDonald’s as a whole keeps getting worse when other companies get better. I’m completely done with all McDonald at this point

I had the unfortunate honor of eating at this establishment Monday 11/11/25 and Tuesday 11/12/25. On Monday I ordered some Cheeseburgers with Extra Mustard and Extra Pickle. Imagine my horror when I unwrapped my cheeseburgers only to find one pickle on the cheeseburger and a light splooge of mustard. This was irritating but I decided to give them another shot the next day. I ordered again some cheeseburgers on Tuesday again with Extra Mustard and Extra Pickle. Apparently the lady taking my order is deaf. Instead of extra mustard and extra pickle I was shocked to see on the receipt that she put No Mustard No Pickle No Onions and extra Ketchup. Needless to say I will drive to the other McDonald’s location instead and will give them the chance to compete in this battle of the deafest cashier!

I placed my order through the drive thru and had to keep repeating my order. I added the 15 percent off of 5 to my account and gave them the code. The code went through but not the discount and I didnt notice till I got my receipt so I brought it to the associates attention. He asked another worker, he then brought it to a short Hispanic lady who then said I didnt use the code and I showed her that I did because I wasnt allowed to use another deal for another 11 min. She told me to get my food and I did but my order was wrong and I told them what I did order and they just gave me an attitude. Then the manager came back and just kept blaming me that I didnt use my code and kept giving me an attitude saying there was nothing she could do. I kept informing her I did that the system mightve just glitched somewhere but no to her it was all my fault. She then started talking very badly about me in English and Spanish to the other co workers while still at the window with me as if I could not understand. This really tested my patience but I still kept my cool and just asked if there could be a resolution and they sent me to another window to wait for the rest of my order. This was so unprofessional and unbelievable the way that I was treated. I hope they dont treat everyone else like this when theres a concern out of the customers reach

We ordered two cheeseburger happy meals at 12:35pm on February 21st in the drive-thru. When we get home, the kids unwrapped their “burgers” to find there’s no meat on either of them…. this McDonald’s has more 1 star reviews than I’ve ever seen. No wonder.

Absolutely one of the worst McDonalds I’ve been too!! Very rarely do they get the order right and the food is warm. Most of the employees are rude and don’t talk or look at you while giving you the food. It seems like most of them are incompetent. I’ve worked in fast food before and I’m not sure how they screw everything up so often.

Walked inside to use the bathroom and order a Dr Pepper and a sweet tea. Rap music was blaring excessively loud, the workers were cussing and shouting. Went into the bathroom, and I will admit, VERY clean, however, I almost slipped and busted my ass because the floor was shockingly slippery without even looking wet. No wet floor sign in sight. I almost slipped and busted my head open, I had to catch myself on the counter while I was washing my hands. Walked out of bathroom and they had turned the music down slightly. Went up to the counter to order 2 drinks. The girl that took my order didn’t even ask what she could get me, I didn’t even know she was ready for me to order until she looked up at me and gave me a FILTLY look which urged me to order. I ordered a sweet tea which they had to be told to get 3 times before they started to get it. I also ordered a Dr Pepper and they didn’t give me the cup for it. Got my cup after the girl who took my order had to be reminded to give it to me. Very clean but the customer service is awful. I don’t care if it’s a bunch of teenagers, they need to be taught hospitality because why was I getting dirty looks for ordering ZERO FOOD and 2 drinks.

Employees were working really well and with a sense of urgency Only issue is the lack of accuracy per order ( Including my order) . As far as the atmosphere goes give it a one star the store smells terrible.
As I walked up to the counter to asked for what was missing for my order. I then proceeded to say, excuse me to all the employees that looked at me and no one bother coming up to me. I literally had to raise my voice for a manager.
At that time, a young gentleman walked up to me And just stared at me Without saying a word. I politely asked him what I needed. He bagged it up, handed it to me Without saying any words.
I’m not sure if he was a manager I doubt it due to the lack of hospital.
Overall, three out Five stars

Maybe once every 5 years, I go to this location while in town in hopes that service and/or food have improved and every time I’m disappointed. This McDonald’s has been terrible for the past 25 years but my last visit was so odd. Not only did the staff initially give me the wrong order but when I got to my hotel, I was so angry with the slop I was given. No lettuce, tomato, or extra pickles (which I paid for), but they also put so much mayo & ketchup on my burger that I had to wipe it off with the one napkin I was provided. I took a pic AFTER I’d already started wiping off my food. There was waaaaay more on there. And the burger was cold. Had to microwave it.
This is the only drive thru establishment I’ve ever visited that just leaves the window open and walks away. I sat there and watched them do that with every car ahead of me. When I got to the window, I sat for 4-5 min, no one was at the window but it was open the whole time. No staff was visible. Anyone could just reach in and grab stuff. Very unsafe for the staff and also foolish to do because they’re letting bugs into the restaurant. I’d have to be drunk out of my mind to ever return. This place is terrible.

Went for a shamrock shake at one restaurant and their machine was down (no worries). So we went to this McDonalds and ordered our shakes. We paid for them and then got to the second window. They told us they didn’t have them anymore so we asked for a refund. We then proceeded to wait at least 5 min which was fine except for the product we received was not great. We had to mix our shakes on our own before we could even drink them. This is unacceptable!!!!!

The food was extremely disappointing. I went through the drive-thru on the morning of 10/14 and ordered two Big Breakfasts with Hotcakes and Hash Browns. The eggs were cold, dry, overcooked, and crusty. All three pancakes had hard, dry edges and were cold in the middle. The hash browns were oily, dry, and cold with an odd aftertaste. I don’t understand how everything could be dry, hard, and cold when we ate it immediately after receiving it.
Additionally, the two small orange juices weren’t even filled to the top. The service itself was quick and smooth — we received our order within about three minutes — but the quality and appearance of the food have really declined at this location.
