Here in Fort Wayne for a sports tournament… Quick McD breakfast on the way to the venue. We arrive, and most of the order was fine. But I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddle (through the app. No mistake, and it is correct on my receipt), and they gave me no sausage. So disappointed. How hard is it? No wonder this restaurant has such crummy ratings.

This McDonalds really sucks. It’s the worst one in Fort Wayne. (Edit: worst one next to Rudisill location. Cant forget that one.) I asked for cook to order and sometimes they straight up don’t do it. And a girl cant no extra extra extra extra caramel drizzle here. I ask for it every time, and say I will pay. Today, the drive thru lady said ok it’s fine she will tell them and ill get it. Then at the next window I told them it wasnt what I asked for and a black male proceeded to argue with me and tell me they cant do what I want and doesnt explain himself at all. He said I have to pay for extra and I said I would and I asked over and over what can I say next time so I can get what I want and he didnt answer me once. Just kept arguing with me and told me to call the number on my receipt. Thats terrible advice and I know it. He doesn’t know what hes talking about. This is the most unhelpful mcdonalds. Every other one is much nicer.
Edit: I have been going to Dunkin Donuts for frappes, and I can add all the extra caramel I want there!

The hardest working crews I have the chance to meet, service is great they go above and beyond for their customers and if any items in your order was unacceptable they fix the issue promptly. The atmosphere at this location on Jefferson is friendly and relaxing they make it an amazing experience when they choose to get to know you and remember your name the feeling to walk in and knowing your name makes it a better feeling and place to return to.

Literally incompetent people. My sister went to get a coffee and she placed her order, paid, and was waiting when the guy popped his head out and said “I have to clean my machine” so she asked for a refund, they shorted her 2 dollars, she had to go in to get it. 35 minutes later, i go to try again to get her exact same coffee order and they make it a caramel. Completely wrong. Absolutely over the lack of training that these workers get.

Waited ten minutes at the speaker and mind you I ordered online. So pull around to see why I couldn’t be helped and some rude worker said ” what? I said I just sat ten minutes got a pick up. She said we were in changeover then had to wait 7 more minutes for food. This is not fast food to me. Made me late to get back from lunch.

I hate that there’s no cash option on the app if you are going to dine and have it ready when you get there. You should be able to order ahead of time place your order under the app number and pay cash when you arrive.
