Just waited almost 20 minutes in the drive thru with probably 15 other cars. The guy that brought out my order handed me the bag and didn’t say 1 word before turning around and walking away, he didnt even ask if this was my order. The fries were dumped out all inside the bag and didn’t have any salt on them. And what is deluxe about this mccrispy deluxe? The burnt nugget instead of a chicken patty? The sad looking tomato? The shredded lettuce thats everywhere in the box instead of on the sandwich? It looks nasty i don’t even want to eat it

I went there a few minutes ago. I ordered two caramel frappes and a basket of fries, but the basket barely had any fries in it. When I ordered the frappes, I thought they were $1.49 because there’s a big picture on the side of the building by the drive-thru, which is a bit confusing since they’re displayed right next to the $1.49 sign.

Also, the cashier told me my QR code was invalid. I kindly asked if she could try scanning it, but she sighed like she was annoyed just because I asked a simple question.

When I received my order, I mentioned the confusion about the ad to another lady, just to clarify. She was kind and told me she would let her manager know.

My recommendation is to display only the actual drinks McDonald’s is offering for $1.49 to avoid confusion.

Tried to use the drive through but no one was there. Not even the usual, we’ll be with you in a couple minutes. I then began trying to get their attention by repeating several catch phrases like 15 minutes could save you 15% or more on car insurance to no avail. First window had no one. Second window had a lady facing the other way who I attempted to wave to with no response. Can’t wait for the manager to just send a feedback link instead of actually replying to this would hate for them to put too much effort in.

I’m not a big fan of McDonald’s myself, but my kids love it, Today I went and stopped at the drive-through to get my kids some food. And I believe the manager on duty and the worker on duty just greeted me with the biggest smile and infectious energy that was so uplifting. People are quick to give negative feedback but never share the good experiences. So I decided to leave a five star review not for the food, but for the way they treated me and uplifted my energy. God bless you all.

We sat in the drive thru for a few minutes. There was a line of cars forming behind us and in the other drive thru lane in. Tried to get an employee’s attention at the speaker but no one answered. We ended up leaving to go to a different location. As we drove by the payment window, no one was even there.

Friendly staff, great fries, order was as ordered. You must go to the register for refills. Burger was chilly, bathroom clean. Floor was being mopped as we were leaving, so we were careful, but it was excessively slick as if being mopped with greasy water

I would give this mcdonalds a negative score if I could!!! This is the worst place in the area. We get pulled forward plus 6 other people get pulled forward after that. 25 mins and we are still sitting waiting. ONE order came out brought out by the “manager” she went back inside without saying a thing to anyone who was waiting. Eventually me and like 5 other people went in to see what was going on and they state their meat is not tempting correctly.. OK it happens, but how come nobody could come out to tell the people who are waiting 30 mins for a double cheese burger! Got a refund, but their managers lack customer service they were gonna let people sit out there for an hour. It’s ridiculous. This mcdoanlds has a rep for being worst in the area. Do urself a favor and go somewhere else

Would give 0 stars if I could. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my entire life. They were taking 2 orders every 20 minutes or so. I’ve worked fast food before and even with 2 people we could get every order out in several minutes. I sat in line for over 45 minutes. Their excuse was the Zach Bryan concert. But I got there before the concert even let out so I could avoid the rush. Silly me. Should have gone to 5 guys. Customer service was also terrible. Everyone in that building should be fired. Would be better if the store didn’t exist.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
Food took forever (understaffed? with tobacco adicts (walked out to a staff member on a smoke break)). When we did get our food, I got someone else’s burger and the replacement, which came quickly, was a generic version without the modifications I ordered.
Interior is stripped of all usefulness. Have to ask for basic things like condiments and napkins.
