For one mcchicken extra mayo add cheese and a large drink waited 30 minutes yet my sandwich was nothing on it !!! Tried calling the store to speak to a manager cause I wasnt going bsck after waiting for 30 minutes they answered an hung up the phone!!! This used to be the best mcdonald’s in south bend area now the worst !!! Bring Tagen Ben and Andrew back to this location .. to many kids messing around … Also the lady at the back drive took my recite cause it had a promo on it witches I used my POINTS !!! Worst part about the entire thing is THEY WASNT EVEN BUSY !!! I live right next to a mcdonald’s an go to portage rd cause usually its the best wrong mistake I made today… Never again !!

I had a great experience at McDonald’s thanks to Alex Novey. Alex was extremely friendly, professional, and attentive from start to finish. Horrible. Every single time you order your told to.pull up and wait for a longer period of time then usual. The no professionalism taught or enforced. Attitudes when asking for a receipt. After waiting for food you some how still get cold in correct food and they still don’t care to fix it with out problem or attitude. Sad this is how the company is represented.

This happened like a month ago. Septiembr 21th around 9:30 a.m send two family members to get our order and they first gave them someone’s else order, then it took like more than 10 minutes waiting for them to fix the order. Then another 10 minutes for them to realize what was going on. (because they said they were trying to figure it out)By the time the manager arrived they finally refunded them the order because they could never have the order ready. This went on for more then 30 minutes just continously asking and just the staff telling them that they were working on the order. In intervals of asking every 10 minutes or so. I hope they can come up with being better at handling situations like these. This was for an order of 6 people but still I feel like the order was very simple meals to have ready.

Not a good choice, good to another location.
Items not made right, attitude was given for waiting for all items to complete my order, and they still made the McDoubles without onions and gave me a Cone instead of a Sundae, but I left thankful to have what I had being that 3 others were waiting for other corrections.

The order taker let 3 cars go through on 1 of the 2 lanes and still didn’t come on the speaker to say they would be right with you. Pulled up to the window after waiting 20 min to see if I could put my order in that way and she said I had to go through the drive thru again if I wanted to put in an order. Ended up stuck between 2 cars and sat there another 20 min before I could leave. No common sense I fear.

At the drive thru of mcdonalds, the service was so bad it was honestly unbelievable the worker couldn’t even understand the basic words “sweet tea” and the teenage boy with dreadlocks who was supposed to be helping her wasn’t tutoring anything. They were just standing there giggling, laughing, and completely ignoring their jobs while customers waited. And forgot our sauces when I paid extra for an extra sauce ? Unbelievable.
