I love this IHOP!!! I frequent this location every week with my friend and when I tell you that everything about this IHOP is incredible, I mean it. The team is comprised of young women and men (High Schoolers), and they have set the bar extremely high when it comes to dedicated service, and professionalism. Last night, IHOP was offering free pancakes so of course whenever you hear “free”, that draws a crowd. The occupancy for the restaurant last night was full and the staff were on it!!! Never missed a bit. I was very impressed. Everyone stepped up and worked as a team. As someone that works in HR, it was very heart warming because normally you see attitudes, or staff slacking off or arguing. All I heard and saw was a wealth of professionalism and smiles that lit the room even during this busy time. So, shoutout to Amy (Manager), and the entire IHOP team. In the hands of these young team members, the future looks very bright! Well done team!

Well went in seated quickly but that’s about all I can say that is positive about the visit. It took the server to come to the table after the hostes checked on us to see if she had even came by. But giving the benefit of might not have been told we were there. We placed out drink order some time passed and finally got that should of been the warning there. The table behind us placed their’s about 5 minutes after us and that table was seated 10 minutes after us. Thier order came out about 20 mins after that mind you I still have not seen our server since placing the order. So at that point I asked for the manager from their server and of course no manager came either. So I would this not recommend this place at all. I hope my fellow Veterans that were there finally got their food. After waiting for 45 minutes and no food we left.

As we walked in we were received a warm welcome and a smile. I am not going to lie it caught me by surprise from previous experience, this was definitely a plus to our visit. Our server Ashlee was really nice and engaging very pleasant young lady.

We used to go Ihop mcdonough and it’s our first time dine in to this location and it was a big mistake. The restaurant was totally empty and the food takes forever to come. I ordered spicy poblano eggs benedict and when my food was served it was burned and tasted burned, then the server said as per the chef there was nothing wrong with the food, seriously?! The crapes was dry. My husbands omelet was dry. So, yes it was a huge mistakes coming to this location. Service was fine, its just the food was horrible! Will never come back to this location.

I visited the restaurant early today. We were greeted, seated and served by the server Charmaine. Charmaine was very pleasant. She paid attention to the details of our order. Our food was served in good timing. It was hot and delicious. The dining room was very clean as well. We will definitely be visiting IHOP Hampton again soon!!!!!! I also spoke with the manager Latoya and she also was very pleasant!!!!!

Christmas I ordered my food at an ihop location in Georgia. I waited 2 hours for my 2 Pancakes and 2 eggs while the store was so busy, workers had to decline orders and tables due to corporate and their inability to plan to accommodate the holiday KNOWING that you can project with analytics that you would be the only restaurant open in town. I have NEVER seen people to calm and proactive under pressure! I am so thankful that they helped me to stay calm as well, get my food and still able to enjoy my holiday. They are the ONLY reason I am giving a five Star(and the food is great at this location bus still…) Alexia, Madison, Zaniyah and Alani at the 11473 Tara Blvd, Hampton GA…. THANK YOU for your patience, your proactive-ness and your ability to stay calm, collected and patient during this time. I would like to commend them because “I” would not have been so happy to see that my company is prioritizing 3rd party orders over the success of staff… their composure is what kept me “happy” in that moment of waiting so long.

Arrive at this location yesterday. We were seated by a hostess. The hostess told us our server will be at our table shortly. We sat there for twenty minutes no server came to place our order for neither beverages nor meals. There were alot of workers there at that time and also very few patrons so we should have been served in a timely manner.

This location is known for taking your online order and when you arrive curbside for pick up they make you wait over a hour. If you decide to cancel order and eat elsewhere they say you have to call corporate to get a refund. So many waitresses hanging out in the front but completely useless but they love answering the phone.
