I have no words for how bad this particular McD is, I’ll just explain the events and you can make your judgments. My wife and I pulled into the drive through at 9:40 on a Saturday they inter come said when you’re ready tell me your order. Seemed normal I started asking for my wife’s order and the lady cut me off and said I told you to wait tell I am ready… okay, maybe she had a rough day I let it pass and waited patiently. 10:02 I was Tired of waiting so I backed up and parked to go inside and was getting irritated as I walked through the door. they had one employee setting on their phone loudly talking to a girl about their night activities. I got to the counter and saw the rest of the staff setting on their phones watching videos. no one would take my order at the counter so I ordered at the kiosk. The manager looked at the order and said someone get his stupid order. I asked my wife to wait in the car because I expected rude comments from the employees, I didn’t want my wife to hear. 10 mins passed and the manager pulled her phone away and handed me a cup then when I asked for a straw because the drink station was out she said their behind the counter just get it yourself…never had to do that be for then they brought me my food I asked for some sauce and she said you have to pay for sauce (doesn’t sauce come with nuggets) I said no worries I’ll just go without… I have never had such a weird experience because the local McD calls me a “mc regular” hope someone important sees this. sucks to see people acting so poorly.

Yikes. Really really cool to look at from the outside! Then you walk in and it’s a warehouse with a liquor store in one corner, McDonald’s in another… Subway on one wall. The most disgusting bathrooms I have seen in an incredibly long time. There were arcade games and claw machines haphazardly positioned around the entry and near the bathrooms. BUT the food at McDonald’s was hot and fresh! They only had one woman at the counter, but she was extremely busy with the window orders too, so not sure how they staff that place. It was only around 7:30pm when my son and I stopped during our 4 hr drive home. I did feel bad for her since she seemed alone. We had to order from kiosks and the food took a long time to be ready, but like I said it was fresh! I will never go there again. Once was enough.

I wasn’t going to write this because I prefer only leaving good reviews but I am just so mind blown from our experience. Out of the 20+ years I have worked in customer service, I have never met someone so lazy and full of excuses for why they cant do their job. An hour and a half until they close and the lady said half the menu was unavailable because she wanted to leave due to allergies flaring up from the weather. She wasnt making any fried foods and nothing with ice cream (which I do understand that because the machines have to be cleaned and it’s winter so not even a big deal). My child has been working at a school competition for 16 hours and just wanted fries and chicken nuggies.
I will say the younger guy we had last weekend was absolutely amazing and so kind so I applaud him!

Drive thru line didn’t move for 10 minutes. Went inside and there was no food being served inside either. If you can’t provide service, just close your doors …quit wasting peoples time thinking they are going to get served! Worst McD’s experience I’ve had.

Went through the drive through and they asked if I was using the mobile app and I said no. I then said I just need 2 diet coke. Waited about a min and never got a response. No one ahead of me and no one behind me so I just went up to the window. She then told me I had to order from the Order place. I said I just needed 2 diet coke and she said Ill have to go back around…. Like what??? I waited after someone talked to me and no one else was there. Cool looking castle building but stay away.

Wish I could give this McDonald’s zero stars…the service is utterly despicable. Do NOT waste your time. They will NOT help you. Ended up order my food through the app because no one would come help with the inoperable kioks or come to the counter despite people requesting help. Just unbelievable. Would’ve left if there was any other options nearby.

this is the worst MC that i have ever been to!!! I am very sorry to say that but I will not visit this establishment anymore!!! The manager was talking to me very rudely here!!! I just asked why didn’t have a sticker sticker on my glass (monopoly) even though I ordered it!!!! They behaved very superficially. If you do not want to have a spoiled mood, do not visit this place here very uneducated workers and especially this manager who was this morning. Also my order, my food was just cold!!!!

I stopped thru the drive through and ordered a double quarter pounder no onions with mayo and a triple cheeseburger well they put that new spicy hunny stuff and made my food spicy and I hate spicy food and I wanted a shamrock shake and the shake machine never works so you were false advertising there was no reason to put that spicy mustard on my food and apparently they put it on Mom’s food

Waited 30 minutes outside when I came inside to get my food, the Manager was running her mouth and say she’s not running anybody’s food outside. Her name is Kayla now I know why she gets a bad reputation for herself and the stuff that happens to her because she is not pleasant and shouldn’t be a manager.

Not sure what changes have occurred at this store usually slow and unorganized. Today’s take out order was served hot, fresh and right! Staff wasn’t rude like usual, but could use some smiles! Great job today!
