20 minutes. Waited 20 minutes for ONE chicken sandwich. AND IT WASNT EVEN GOOD. Usually it is, but not today! Not even a sorry. This place needs to get it together. Everyone else got their food before I did. I had to flag the person down in order to get an answer about my order. To which they replied “oh we must have forgotten.” HOW DO YOU FORGET A PERSON ORDER AT A FAST FOOD PLACE? It wasn’t even that busy. This happened around at 1:35pm and I didn’t get it till 1:53pm.

This location is hit or miss on customer service and fresh food . I stopped around 730 to get dinner , ordered $31 . They had me pull around to park, okay I have no problem with that. When the girl brought out my food I told her this was not all of my order she replies IPROMISE YOU IT IS I told her I promise you it’s not!!! I was missing 2 large fries and 2 snack wraps. I waited again for them to bring me out all of my order. Please train your workers customer service and to never say what she said to me. She should of apologized immediately that she said what she said!!

I was in here today and overheard a manager letting a customer know that his racist / xenophobic comments to an employee would not go unpunished if he got another complaint. Very refreshing to hear because no worker of any establishment should have to deal with any kind of bigotry. I’m giving 5 stars, but please fix that shake machine lol.

Its McDonald’s! The food stays the same throughout the states! The service here can be improved! I waited 12 minutes for 2 fish sandwiches! I consider that excessive, especially at lunch time!

I got severe food poisoning from this location. I have been vomiting all night both ends and having severe cramping. All I had was a medium fry and a caramel frappe. My guess would be the frappe and that they possibly aren’t cleanIng their machine properly. I rarely eat fast food but because of how much pain I’m in, I will NEVER eat it again. I’m at my breaking point with the abdominal pain. I’ve never had abdominal pain this bad and I live with endometriosis so that is saying something.

This location is definitely a hit or miss but mostly a miss . You constantly have to ask for fresh fries , nuggets etc or you will receive stale luke warm food. Or your order might be missing something. I don’t mind waiting patiently for hot food . But after waiting sometimes they still give you dried out stale food like you don’t know the difference like they did today. So just make sure you always check your food and try it before you drive home!

12/8 at 8:30pm .. workers like to stand around the lobby, run around, and scream with their friends? girl worker in pink/blonde hair yelled at them to get back to work then joined in on it. so obnoxious and unprofessional … girl worker in glasses/skirt sent to clean lobby but stood around for at least 15 minutes (the duration of me being there). maybe worry about the food being fresh instead of what your friends are up to.
