Exceptional Service Worth the Drive – Michael is a Star!
I don’t mind driving a little farther past other locations to get to this specific McDonald’s because they simply get everything right. Tonight, I want to specifically highlight an employee named Michael.
Michael reminds me of what McDonald’s was like when I was a kid—a genuine smile handing you a Happy Meal and actually making you happy. McDonald’s was the first job for both me and my big brother. My brother was always so joyful that everyone nicknamed him “HAPPY.” Seeing Michael interact with my children reminds me so much of my brother; he stands out in the best possible way.
It’s not just Michael, though. Tonight, I noticed the manager on duty hustling right alongside the crew. I love seeing that kind of leadership; the teamwork here is the BEST. To whomever runs the hiring department: you are doing an exceptional job finding quality people.
I had a very long, hard day at the doctor and didn’t have it in me to make dinner. My kids were thrilled with their meals, and the service turned my whole day around. Thank you for the consistently great experiences! I do recommend this McDonald’s to everyone.

Went to the drive through, ordered a large meal. I get home, open the bag and order of fries looks to be the same size as the medium.

Just visited from out of town we don’t typically go to McDonald’s but since we’re on a road trip, we made a quick stop. They were very sweet in here. This is the best McDonald’s that I’ve been to in years. Marciella and Cheyenne

Went in for take out and my order was taken quickly. Cashier was polite and efficient. The bathroom was clean and looked new. I was in and out quickly.

During my visit my food order was hot and fresh and the customer service provided overall was excellent. The drive thru was busy but they kept the line going super fast which is a plus especially during the lunch hours. Keep up the great work!

The GM Nicole is so rude to every single person including her own staff. I understand she might not like her job but she needs to know that the customers are meant to smile when they leave no go home mad. Crazy long drive thru, so went in and while there were a bunch of folks working inside, there were a few just bopping about, which I guess makes sense as the restaurant was fairly empty. It took them a few minutes to realize I was there and take my order (2 drinks). They were friendly enough, reciprocating having a good day
