Order the grinch meal and was so excited however waited 30 mins in drive thru fries were cold and they forgot 1 of my big Mac its not like they were busy! Very very disappointed. And no recipt to do a survey!

Best dine-in experience at McDonald’s that I’ve had in a long time. I was not looking forward to electronic ordering but before we could start, a young lady came out took our order and was very pleasant. And the food was ready in a timely manner. What a pleasant surprise since most outlets are nothing but drive-thru’s and if come to dine- in, expect crappy service. Congratulations to the people at this store!

The person that ordered my food was nice and she gave me my total I ordered five McDouble meal deals well done and this usually 26 something but they charged me $2 extra five times for medium spikes that was supposed to been with a $5 meal deal. I asked for my hamburgers to be well done they were not well done. I asked for my fries to be no salt they were very soggy.

I have been going to this McDonald’s for years. Some staff is amazing, Very kind. They fix their mistakes without any issues. Other management have horrible attitudes. Can’t admit that they’re wrong or give attitude when you’re missing an item like you didn’t pay for it. Food is sometimes correct and fresh and other times it’s cold or missing something.

I doordash out here for the past 5 or 6 years and all the sudden I got told by a work that there are only 2 people working and the lady working there was nice at night it was the young gentleman that was being not adequate told me to not accept the doordash order and to go about my way very rude. Tolde he wasn’t serving me cause I asked him why he was getting mad towards me after waiting.

I went to this McDonald’s today and I ordered a burger on my lunch break. The burger had a fly in it. They said they will remake it. It took around 2 minutes til it was remade it was way better this time. Also Inga was really nice and one of my favorite employees there. On the ground there was a little bit of garbage but it wasn’t that bad. Today it wasn’t a horrible experience.

DON’T EAT HERE! I had a order for 3 burgers and a cheeseburger happy meal some fries. They had me pull to the side so they could bring it out. First they brought out my food but first asked every other car if it belonged to them passing by my car telling me it didn’t belong to me when it actually did. she finally handed me the food after i showed her my receipt but it was missing the happy meal so she said she would bring it right out. only when she did after i had handed it to my non verbal autistic grandson another lady came out and said it didn’t belong to me. so i had to take it from my grandson and give it back which made him start screaming. it then took 5 minutes for them to bring out a happy meal that actually didn’t belong to me with chicken nuggets. so i had to give it back after another 5 minutes went by and they proceeded to bring out other orders that were after me. i finally yelled at that girl can i get my happy meal please! finally she brought out the correct one. after all that wait Id say about 20 mins total my other food was ice cold. I will never order from this location again. this wasn’t my first bad experience.
