Tonight my family was so disappointed with this McDonald’s location. We order food inside the restaurant and the lobby was disgusting. It also took almost 30 to get our food out and the fries were cold to the touch. Went up to the counter to get new fries and stood there for ten minutes before anyone gave me new fries. By the time they gave me new fries the rest of my food was cold. My family loved this location because the service and food was good but it has went so far downhill that we will not return in the future. The time was 7.48 when we’re there to eat.

I asked for extra sauce, Not a Natural Disaster!

Look, I love Filet-O-Fish and it’s my go to, yes I asked for extra sauce. But what I got wasn’t extra…it was a full blown tartar Tsunami! This sandwich looked like it barely survived & you can’t even see the bottom bun. The bun was sliding the fish was drowning, by the time I picked it up it looked like my hands lost a fight with a jar of mayo. This is disgusting! There’s a difference between generous and reckless. I brought the sandwich back in & gave to an employee. The manager just looked at it & asked them to make it again. I’d appreciate a little more empathy, maybe a refund. Next time just a bit more sauce, not an explosion please!

I came here orders they got the order completely wrong. Then proceeded to tell me i have to wait for all 7 cars in the drive through before i could get the food i already ordered that should’ve been made. THANK YOU FOR wasting hour of my time. I bought my meal 12:57am. Thank you for the service i appreciate it a lot. What’s the point in even having the place open if they can’t even read an order off the screen and make it right. Or even have any efficiency. I WISH i could get a refund but im stuck waiting for hours. So thank for genuinely having some crappy service and employees.

Having grown up in the ’80s, I’ve been alive long enough to remember when Big Macs were actually good burgers, upon receiving my order I was ready to give it a negative review just on the visuals. But this new double Big Mac actually felt and reminded me of the old school Big Macs we used to get. It’s a shame that you have to have a special order on a limited time item to get the results that used to be everyday

Not sure why this has been a problem lately but service needs to be better. We ordered 2 fish with extra cheese and a large 10 piece nugget meal with barbecue and a sprite. We went through the drive through. The fish didn’t have extra cheese, the nugget meal was a medium instead of large like ordered and never got our dipping sauce. There were no napkins in the bag either. Unfortunately, we were miles done the road on a trip before we checked. Come on guys, you can do better!

Last week I ordered 2 quarter pounders with no cheese. When I got home the burgers had a dab of ketchup and mustard, no pickles and no onions. So I decided to keep them like that and not drive back to fix it. One week later I ordered the same thing, and guess what? No pickles or onions. I had to check my order this time before I left the place. Needless to say I was very angry. What kind of incompetent people do they hire? VERY disappointed with this store. You definitely don’t get what you pay for.

Food still taste good or I was just hungry. The double quarter pounder with cheese had enough meat but no condiments or toppings except one pickle. The patties & cheese were sliding off bun in different directions. The fries were hot which was a surprise!!but no salt of course, then service is terrible. If they get ur order right they don’t give u ketchup or salt or even ask if u need it anymore. The only thing they seem to care about is if you’re using the app.

Everytime something happens to my order. Why even have the points if everytime I use them I don’t even get the thing I redeemed. At 1:40 pm on Jan 3 I ordered a Mchicken ..didn’t get it.

The stores tables were quite messy, sticky and couldn’t find one decent table. chairs as well and a nice worker named Micheal stopped lunch just to clean a table die to the fact nobody was paying attention

This is the 4th time I’ve ordered from this McDonalds and I haven’t gotten my full order, today on 10/26/2025 I used the app to order my food after I came home from work, sat through a 15 car line to tell them I had a mobile order and when I finally got home after picking it up I was missing my Big Mac and one of my 10pc orders of chicken nuggets. By the time I was already sitting down there was no point to return. Usually the last person to write a review and complain but this is the 4th time this has happened and I’m tired of wasting my money at this location for them to never correctly give me my order
