They made a fresh pot at 2:00. I can count on fresh coffee any time of day here. Some places leave an open pot on a burner resulting in ‘hot plate sludge’. All three employees were working hard handling walk up drive through and on line orders. Service with a smile. Bring back cinnamon donuts!

This is the best DD in my area. We have one in Bloomfield and one at the north end of town in Simsbury but those are out of my way. I’m posting this review because there are a couple of locations that I won’t mention when I ask for an ice coffee the cream has been either flat or not enough or not enough ice and just plain yucky. When Im craving an ice coffee and the first sip is not fresh it’s a total let down. This location is perfect every time! Located right across from the Agway in Simsbury on Rte. 10. One day I drove up and the registers were down and my large Ice Coffee was on the house. That was a nice unexpected gift. This particular location is a good one since it’s off of Rte. 44 and somehow I am always passing this one. Drive thru is very easy to get into and exit. I did have another nice surprise at this one when we had a summer storm and the power was out in a bunch of towns. It was hot and humid already in the morning. I drove down and got our coffee’s at around 5:30 am. The car in front of me had paid for whatever I ordered. It totally got me out of my funk of dread of what was in store for the day with no power and central air. Thank you!!!!

My wife and I each got an iced cappuccino (with some bagels) via Door Dash and they were THE BEST. This isn’t the first time we got a good order from here. My compliments to the chef!
EDIT: WITHIN A WEEK I ORDERED 2 LARGE ICED CAPPUCCINOS AND THEY WERE BOTH HALF FULL. I don’t think they would have done this if I was in the store present (it was a doordash). Therefore, I am changing my review from 5 stars to 2.

Orders are regularly wrong, offered cold, and taste horrible. Not a dig on every Dunkin’ donuts- but this one is clearly lacking some much needed management. Wish there was another one close by I could go to instead.

So I had to edit my review. 7 months ago I wrote a great review on this place. Well with this new staff this place has gone down hill. I go there almost everyday. My wife orders through the app and we ask for well toasted bagels (a simple request right ) Well I got through the drive thru and politely remind them to toast the bagel and the girl says no problem. EVERYTIME my bagel isn’t toasted and when I give it back and ask politely again to make it well done her eyes go up into her head like I asks her for the craziest request. It seems like something petty but that’s how I like my food. I dont want it on a cold bagel. Also I wanna say I always go around 1030am or 11am so there is only 1 or 2 cars and maybe 1 person inside. So its not rush hour. The old crew had it right all the time

Drinks are generally half full and you have to ask them to fill it to the top. I got lucky and got it filled 3/4 of the way one time.
They get angry when you pop the lid and ask if you can have a full cup

When I got home I noticed they forgot my sausage, egg, and cheese croissant. I called to inform them and they proceeded to argue with me, first stating that it was not on my receipt and then stating that it was not in the bag. Outrageous!! I’m a regular customer and will be finding a new location that treats it’s customers better.
