Sub par food and service. They need a complete overhaul of management and staff. On one occasion I got the big breakfast with pancakes. Didn’t get the pancakes. I called, spoke to manager came in to get them. Talked to manager was kinda rude but I was unfazed. She looked at my receipt and I wasn’t charged for them. So she charged me for just the pancakes so I ended up paying more for the two separate things. I was pregnant at the time so chose not to make a fuss about it since I didn’t want to go through an unpleasant interaction which it already kinda was. Second thing that happened was that I got old hard chicken nuggets in my little one’s happy meal. I was upset but I just stopped somewhere else for another order. Third. I got a burger and it looked like someone took a bit out of the patty. I was hungry and that grossed me out. When I called the way the manager answered the phone made me hang up. My little one have a cold right now and I ran out to attacks for a couple of things and saw that McDonalds had cars in the drive through so I figured I’d get them some food that I know they will eat since they haven’t had much of an appetite because they’re sick. Waited forever at the speaker for my order to be taken . Took another 10 minutes to get my order. I gave out my code for points twice and the didn’t bother to put them in. I made sure I got a receipt so I could get them myself through the app. The McDonalds in the Harbor is was better. But this one is closer to me. There’s no reason why I have to drive out of my way to get good service and good food or acceptable food because let’s face it McDonald s isn’t the best. I try to shop local but sometimes just don’t even bother and I just wait until I get to highland that’s sad

Let me start by saying I am deeply upset with the unprofessionalism that takes place in this particular restaurant. I never stumble upon the rudest/disrespectful staff and I met and worked with the some of the most rudest but nothing like this. For a staff member to briefly speak Spanish to my mother (and she speaks English perfectly) only to be rudely dismissed by an employee by shushing her to go away just because she looks Latina or spoke Spanish and for her to never get her order is mind bothering. Trust me by the time this review is written, a complaint is already made by corporate. Never again will business be conducted with me and others in this place due to such reputation. Its the audacity for me.

Always friendly and kind service at this location. My grandma wanted a very particular order and the young guy at the counter was so kind and patient about it when I ordered. Always a good experience here!!!!

Store Manager embarrassed my elderly disabled father. She cursed and yelled at him for being sick. She is a disgrace and should not be allowed to work there. I will never return to this location.

first they be closing the lobby round 8pm sometimes early than that they do it safety reasons you got elderly people that don’t drive a car therefore they can’t go to drive thru in order cause most of them is to weak to stand in drive thru n the speed of service here is horrible doordash drivers n uber eats drivers can’t pick up there customers orders on time cause your employees work like they got ants in there pants

I’m learning something call peace so I’m writing a review. My name is Gabriella and I work at the sharks down the street from this location. I go to this McDonald’s almost 5 times a week and always treat the workers with the upmost kindness and respect but today they decided that they wanted to have an attitude for whatever reason I don’t know if it was because it was busy, anyway, all I ordered was hotcakes with sausage, a bacon, egg and cheese bagel, a medium iced coffee and some other drinks and they got my bagel order wrong and my iced coffee was watered down so I politely went back up there to let them know and a worker named Steven decided to tell another worker that he was gonna smack me All because I was trying to get my order fixed so unless you want to be physically assaulted or insulted don’t go to this McDonald’s .

Never again! Can’t ever get the order right lobby is always closed. Long as single lane drive thru & always messing up orders not Inna good way. The waywhere your paying more getting less.
