Go somewhere else. Waited over 20 minutes for an apple pie and small frappe. Can’t imagine what could have been so difficult to make this simple order. It wasn’t very busy either but yet over 20 minutes to wait. I watched multiple cars receive orders larger than mine get their food. My order must have been overly complicated. Again, go somewhere else. This place is not worth wasting your time on.

This place has been going downhill as of recently. I have worked in the fast food industry, and this location has usually been okay, but as of lately during the evening I have been more dissatisfied with the quality of food and some of the customer service. I really empathize and understand that the evening shift is difficult, and I wouldn’t be rewriting my review if it wasn’t for an important reason. Whoever is on fryer/ bagging food, needs to pay attention to what they’re bagging. The fries were extremely old, unsalted, and stale. The fryer needs to pay attention and use timers to ensure customers get quality food that they’re purchasing. I suspect that there is someone new learning how to use the fryer, because the fries also have been super dark/almost brown, which shows that the oil is not being filtered or changed properly. When my order was being placed, I tried to let the person in drive know that they charged me an extra drink on the screen, but they were quick to rush us to the window and wouldn’t listen. I really do empathize and understand the struggle of meeting drive times/ trying to get food out quickly, but we have to ensure quality. Even with my food being old, unfortunately the drive through wait time was not quick either. I hope to see this place improve again soon.

I had a pretty good experience here the other night. It was 8 pm, so nobody else in the drive thru. I gave my order, paid, and had my food in under 5 mins. My Big Mac tasted pretty good, so no complaints there. The fries though definitely were on the old side, so they could work on those for sure.

Horrible service even when they is no people in here. All food was cold. They messed up both orders. It is absolutely freezing inside. We asked to increase the temp and was told to deal with it. Horrible service everytime.

Tired again today just looking for a fry and a McFlurry my bad as this is the fry I was served. I complained and was told ehh it looks right… The women was rude and truly didn’t care then when I asked for my McFlurry she asked for proof I ordered because she said she made my order personally and it wasn’t on the ticket…. But it was clear as day on the receipt. No apology just handed it to me with a snarky attitude and moved on
Floors are always greasy and tables not normally clean. The last 3 times I’ve gone my fries were half or less than half full and my order was messed up or confused with someone else’s. Tonight I was shorted a happy meal my fries were less than half full and the nuggets were overcooked and hard. Called to complain was told to bring a receipt and they would get me a new kids meal

Visited the Demotte Location last week. Ordered 1 Quarter Pounder meal and a Double Quarter Pounder meal. Both were so raw, they were still bleeding! Fries were undercooked as well! Absolutely disgusted! Called the Manager and she sounded like a broken record. These problems must happen quite often! She is not a very personable person and has no sympathy or empathy what so ever. I think this location needs new management!

My husband and I are officially DONE ordering from this location!!! The past 3 times, the fries
were TERRIBLE, as if they were fried in OLD OIL!!
The buns on ALL 3 of the chicken sandwiches, were BURNT!!! The 3 small tomatoes weren’t even red, shredded lettuce was sparingly put onto a dollop of mayo. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!! My advice drive out to Valpo if your wanting McDonald’s!!
