I picked up a to-go order today and called because this salad is clearly inedible. When I was transferred to the manager, he told me he had been serving salads for the last two hours with no complaints and the produce was freshly delivered. Since he didn’t seem to believe me, maybe he will see this review. If that’s not a bad cucumber, I don’t know what is. The spinach is also slimy.

We Didn’t care for our food at all. Sent the pasta back because it was cold when it arrived. I bit into my sliders which should’ve been well done and they weren’t cooked. They remade them and I opened the new ones and they were the same. We didn’t touch our drinks because something was in it. Not the best experience for our first visit.

Great people, Great food! Service was fantastic! Generous with the drinks! Only thing- the place doesn’t seem very clean. Everyone is doing their best and on point. However, I think some serious bleaching while nobody is in there would do that place a lot of justice, you can tell it doesn’t get cleaned like it’s supposed to. That’s all. Will go back! 🙂 I’m happy!

Went on a Monday night. Marvin was the only good thing about this trip. His service and help from the kitchen was amazing. The restaurant had shut down everything except the bar area at 7:45pm. Our initial male server who seemed to be working the bar had such an attitude and took forever to help us. Our food was ok.

Not a great day a Chilis today. Waiter in bar area was having a bad day/month/year/life? Dropping F bombs to friends about his car troubles. Kind of had an attitude with us when he approached the table. Ordered drinks and received drinks. He made two passes through the bar area before coming back to take our order seemed like a very long time. Started with Chips and White Queso. Most of the chips were broken little pieces like someone was too lazy to make more chips. White queso was cold. Asked for the queso to be heated, again attitude, but he picked up the cast iron dish by hand without the wood base. Perhaps he knew it wasn’t that hot? Weird. Fajita’s came and meat was overcooked. We had asked for the veggies to be well done, not the meat. The corn tortillas were all ripped. This store is going downhill fast. I guess I know why they are dead most nights. Paid , still tipped 20% but not going back…..

Just moved to Jax Beach and found this Chili’s about 1.5 miles away. My family and I have eaten at Chili’s for years (like 25 years). I love their menu, especially their chips and queso/salsa, and my wife loves their margaritas. This location was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and the entire restaurant was really clean. I had the honey-chipotle chicken tenders and they were great. The BBQ smokehouse meals are just as good. This will probably become a regular spot for us.
