From beginning to end my experience at this Chili’s was above n beyond what I’m used to at Chili’s. The food, service and atmosphere was amazing. The service from Jessica was A-1 and even the manager Rocco engaging by helping the staff and with customers was unbelievable. Will definitely return here for good food, good drinks and personable experience. The burger and mango margarita were excellent.

We Didn’t care for our food at all. Sent the pasta back because it was cold when it arrived. I bit into my sliders which should’ve been well done and they weren’t cooked. They remade them and I opened the new ones and they were the same. We didn’t touch our drinks because something was in it. Not the best experience for our first visit.

We chose this location because of the supposed food quality, but after today, never again. My child ordered the kids mac and cheese with fries. It arrived cold, yet the bowl it was served in was warm, which clearly means the food had been sitting while the bowls were kept warm elsewhere. The fries were hard and stale.
The appetizers we ordered were extremely salty and tasted awful. We asked our server to take back the mac and cheese, and moments later we heard the microwave going off. Within a minute, the dish was returned piping hot, not because it was freshly made, but because it had been microwaved.
We spent $77 before tip for two appetizers, two kids meals, one adult meal, and two sodas. Honestly, it was a huge disappointment and wildly overpriced for such poor quality.
Our server eventually came by to ask if we needed anything wrapped or if we were ready to pay. We had already used the table POS system to pay, and only after that did she return. It was not even busy, so there is no excuse for serving cold food, let alone reheated food from a microwave to a child. We did not pay for leftovers warmed up in a microwave, we paid for fresh food.

I ordered UberEats Cajun shrimp pasta and it was super bad. Garlic bread was burnt and the pasta had absolutely no flavor. Never again.
