Put my curbside pick up in at 6:43pm on 11/11. Sat outside in my car waiting for about 12 min, then went inside looking for my order. My son & I STOOD there for about 5min while no worker spoke to us, but all made eye contact. Literally ignoring us. I could see our drink carrier sitting on the counter, & multiple bags sitting around it. They carried out 2 other curb side orders while we stood there. Mind you, when we parked we were the ONLY car parked at curb side. This photo was taken at 7:06pm.. when we were handed our food, by one of the 2 new employees that just got off break & actually COMMUNICATED with us. Which we found out there were new, & we’re doing their job better than the managers on shift. We then found out were missing a cheeseburger. Due to us already waiting over 20 min for our FAST food, I grabbed the cheeseburger & headed home. To then realize they never gave us any of our fries, or the chocolate milk for the kids meal. So then I had to drive all the way back to get those items. I did call the store to let them know so hopefully they would be ready when I got there due to me already having to wait. I asked for a manager & the woman stated ‘she was sorry about what happened & she would let the other manager know.’ When I got back there, the manager was NOWHERE to be found. & Again, the only person that seemed to care to help us was the same young man (young white male with blonde shaggy hair) He got us our fries, chocolate milk & kept apologizing. He needs praise for doing what a manager should’ve been doing.
I walked into this establishment in a great, understanding mood thinking maybe they didn’t have someone available to run out curbside orders.
I did NOT expect to walk in & see that our $50 order was put on the back burner. I’m going to only assume it’s due to the time limit of the drive thru. Which is still unacceptable. First in, first out.
No one should be waiting 20+ minutes for fast food, & for the order to still be incomplete when they arrive home to their family with it.
As someone that has worked in the restaurant industry for 14+ years, there was absolutely NO communication going on. Between employees or with customers. The 2 newer employees were trying to do their jobs, & no one was even trying to communicate with them. Including the manager. (Short Hispanic woman) not the woman in the photo.

Every single time, this store messed up my order. Everytime I order, I said no cheese and onion but always got it wrong. Like what the heck!!! Check the order properly please. Just bcuz it a fast food, don’t ignore to look at the orders properly please. U get pay to do that job and we pay for the food too. Whenever i tryna tell them that they got me the wrong order, they got mad instead. It crazy people like this still be able to work.

Guess that’s my fault for getting food 45 mins before they close. Everyone was rushing me to get out of the drive through and food tasted like it was made that morning. Bread was completely stale and meat was almost plastic from being so old.

You’d think after the first or second bad visit I’d stop coming here but I guess not.
Every time I come here, I’m disappointed. The lobby is never clean. Especially lately there’s been mud everywhere. They always take forever to come to the counter. They’re usually polite when they do but people aren’t supposed to be waiting 10+ minutes.
The drive-through is equally lacking. They always mess up my order. I’m either missing something or the food is old and trash. Today was kind of a last straw for me. I got two McDoubles. The buns were hard. The meat was old and crispy. Whoever wrapped them must have learned their trade in the Leaning Tower of Pisa because they were rough.
Also, for kickers, my brother put in an application there a few weeks ago. You know, because they have “HIRING” painted in big old letters on their window. They let him schedule an interview with them. Made him wait 20 minutes before they acknowledged him, then told him they aren’t hiring.
I’m honestly kind of disgusted by how they treated him and their lack of professionalism in general. I’ve had food and interactions with employees from franchises far better than this. It’s kind of sad that this is a corporate store.

I had a very good experience at this McDonalds. The man who took my order was friendly and helpful and efficient and they brought my order to my table while I waited. I had a coupon and they quickly processed it and when I needed special change they took care of that quickly. The McDonald’s is very clean and modern and the bathroom was spotless. This is the way McDonald’s should be.

Drive up window staff was courteous, no problem placing order. Fries were great but I ordered the new spicy chicken meal 7.39? And the only really good thing were fries. The sandwich was sloppy,messy and the tomatoes looked bad. The least you can do is make it look like someone made an effort. I was surprised that this is how it’s served. Greencastle McDonald’s served this sandwich in a bag and had better buns.

Ran through for a sugar free vanilla iced coffee & fries for my kids. This place definitely gave a good servings of fries and my coffee had a really good ratio of coffee to cream. I usually order it with an extra shot of espresso to make it better. I noticed this location has a better deal on the espresso than my local one.
Also don’t forget to use the app. Today we used a 30% off coupon when you spend $5 on mobile order!
