I continue to have multiple issues with this location. After waiting an absurdly long time in the drive through, I was given the large fry in the picture attached. I did not remove any fries from the container. The amount included is very low.
Additionally, there is a manager and an employee at this location who are in a physical relationship. After sitting at the pickup window for 5 minutes on another occasion, I witnessed the employee grinding on the manager and kissing her neck. She was laughing and reciprocating. It was an extremely uncomfortable situation.

After we pulled up to the window a employee (I guess) walks up to the window stares at us and then starts playing on his phone until our food was ready 7 minutes later he grabs the food from a employee and then shoves it at me never says a word only stares at us! It was CREEPY and RUDE!!!

Every day they mess up my order, today I got shorted 1/3 of my yougart parfait, yesterday I ask for coffee no cream I got cream. The best breakfast sandwich is the steak, egg and cheese bagel mine was like a lump of coal wrapped in cheese it was cold and the bagel wasn’t toasted. I’ve gone there at 7:30 am and they were closed with a note on the window ” they had no one to work” GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE!!!

You won’t be able to wash your hands before eating.
I also had to ask for straws, ketchup and napkins. though I picked up food from the inside.
I counted at least 6 people working so it’s not a lack of employees.

This is an update of an older review. I still have a problem giving this McDonald’s one full star. Horrible place to get “fast” food. After some time had passed I thought I would give this place a try again.
Worst McDonald’s I have ever been too.
I waited over 40 minutes for a mobile order. Employee came to my car with incorrect order. After a while I came to the window and they said they were not able to fulfill my order completely. I asked for something of equal value. After that I asked to speak to a manager and the employee close the window on me and did not come back. Altogether I was waiting outside for 50 minutes. This is completely and utterly ridiculous in every way. This is not the first time Ive had an issue with this McDonalds.
The management here is doing a horrible job.

This location is an absolute joke. I’ve been here multiple times and always leave thinking “maybe next time it’ll be better.” Spoiler: it never is. Be expected to wait 15-20 minutes for your food in the drive thru. Or like today: they had me pull forward to the reserved spot to get my food (it was just me, 2 items ordered total). I waited for 25 minutes and watched 12 cars behind me get their food and go, before I just left. There are a few really incredible employees there, but I will never come back to this location.

Giving 1 star because it’s the lowest option. Went through the drive thru and waited over ten minutes and didn’t not get a response. I drive around and come inside. I see four people in the store. I asked if drive thru was closed and was told no. However not one person had on a headset. The manager on duty snickered when I walked in as she knew there was a line of customers in the drive thru. After waiting on my food I still got cold fries. Customer service needs work

The large woman working here Tuesday morning spent several minutes making another order instead of handing me my already completed order presumably to spite me because she thought I was rude when I told her I was there for a delivery. I thought it wasn’t ready yet but no after watching her spend 5 minutes making something else she proceeds to just grab the bag and hand it to me, it’d been ready the whole time and she didn’t hand it to me just to “punish” me for some perceived slight. I called her out and she told me if I didn’t like the way I was treated I should go somewhere else. Trust me, I would if I could
I bet they spit in your food if you ask for a straw too. What an insane interaction. Delivery drivers aren’t paid by the hour, why do so many fast food employees treat us so rude just for trying to make sure you have an order. Orders get lost all the time.

Ordered. Paid. Approached pickup window and waited. Gentleman asked me to pull forward. Waited 15 minutes. Left as I had other obligations. Went back to get a refund. Credit card was used so it would be easy to tell whether or not my claim was fraudulent. Cameras would show I never received any food or merchandise. Manager told me to go find the receipt in the garbage can where I threw it away. I threw it away with other trash as I thought I would be getting my food. I suppose not. Had to call corporate to get help. Waiting on a response from the owner of this franchise.
