Without a doubt the worst McDonalds location in the Midwest. Let’s start from the top: this McDonald’s is located off an exit ramp by a truck stop yet the hours are that of a boutique clothing store. Once you enter the drive thru, don’t expect to have two window service. There has yet to be a day where we haven’t had to pull off into a carry-out parking spot to wait for our meal to be made. Once you get your bag of food, you officially clock in as an employee yourself to check the bag for your complete order (which is hardly ever the case). Today we received half of our meal, and after two years of this being our closest location, I’m very excited to move.

Visited this place today, they expect to pull every single car to a mobile order spot, to act like they do their jobs correctly. Sat 10 min waiting on food, they brought 3 cars that ordered after me their food first.. what a joke!

The restrooms were messy and the didn’t have a trash bin for the diaper station.
Interior & Seating is good but the floor was wet here and there!

If I could give Zero Stars I would How does this dump stay open ,100% of the time food the is trash and old..i ordered 4 piece nugget and got 3 …the bigmac meat as you can see extremely old and the fries half done… the workers were also busy talking and taking the order with hoodies on to hide the air pods…This McDonald’s at this location is very bad.. save yourself the trouble don’t eat here unless you like being served food likes its from the trash..and any fast food near this location..

One of the consistently worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in terms of speed. Slow to take orders, slow to come on the speaker at drive thru. Slow to prepare food. Slow to process payment. Slow to print reciept, slow to hand you your receipt. Slow to bring food out (of you are assigned a waiting parking spot, which you will. They will mosy out like they are strolling through an above ground pool filled with mayonnaise). Seriously, if you’re in any kind of hurry, or value your time…drive 5 minutes more to the Brookville location.

Busy place its next to a busy highway and truck stop. Taking that into consideration I had to wait a little longer than normal. I would say as far as McDonald’s it normal food taste and quality. Will stop in again on my next road trip.

This place can vary unfortunately like most fast food spots. Sometimes good and sometimes it will make you to not want to come back. I prefer the one on Southport and Franklin . This one is just a little more convenient sometimes and my kids like McDonald’s.

Food sucks double quarter pounder ( made to order) is cold fries are always cold apparently drink carriers cost extra because you have to ask for them so I guess common sense cost extra too
