Hooters wings have always been my absolute favorite wings for YEARS! I always get the mild wings and they are usually sauced well! I even dip my curly fries in the mild wing sauce. Well today was a huge disappointment! Where is the mild sauce???? And these wings cost almost $20.00. I’ve been getting mild wings at Hooters for over 20 years! These that are picture here that I got today are a joke. ALSO, they rounded up my bill for a charity donation without asking me?!?! What the heck?!?! Hope customer service makes this right for me!

We walked into this Hooters and were immediately greeted by three staff members who stared at us like we were part of the decor. No smiles, no greeting, just vibes and not good ones. Even though the place was empty, it took several minutes for anyone to figure out where to seat us, while servers wandered by looking impressively busy doing nothing. A manager said hello, a couple of waitresses passed us, but no one bothered to take a drink order or even acknowledge that we existed. In the meantime, three groups were sat and drink orders were taken. Rather than wait to see if the service would magically improve, we decided to leave and save our appetite for somewhere else.

Donna and Tiff, on the outside patio, were absolutely amazing. I honestly do not remember the last time I have seen great customer service at Hooters. These were very attentive to my needs and kept me satisfied throughout my time there. I appreciate them for their genuine hospitality. Although I am not from the area, I know I will come back to this location just for the simple fact of how welcoming they made me feel. Thanks again!

Ive always loved going to hooters and having the wings. I literally have a winghouse 5 minutes from me but drive 20 to go there instead and its always been something to do because of the taste and the wing. The way it’s sauced so on. Well them days are gone now. I dont know what they are thinking with the new butter sauce change but the new butter sauce is just nasty. They try to say it soaks into the wing but thats a lie. The chicken has no flavor other then grease and plain chicken. We spent over $100 on wings that we could have made at home that would have taste better for $25. You can tell that it has been a bad change for them also just by going there because we went on a Friday night when it’s normally busy but might of had 20 people in there now at most. As I was talking to the waitress about it and how dissatisfied i was she was telling me ya we haveseen a drop off in people comng in. We will never go back as long as this is the sauce. Hopefully they listen to their customers and feed back and make the change back or I believe it is just a matter of time till they start becoming closed empty buildings.

Absolutely amazing. After 5 years locked in the Pen all i wanted was hooters. We came just before close, and although i felt awful for it keeping them so late Tess gave us amazing service. Bless this staff for putting up with the inconvenience and still giving it their all for my first post prison meal.

The Bartender was super friendly, but the rest of the experience sucked. Half the menue is crossed off with a sharpie marker, and the mild boneless wings barely had any flavor to them at all, you couldnt see any sauce on them at all. There was more grease on the wings than sauce. Seems like everytime i go to a hooters i am reminded why i only go when traveling and need a walkable option from the hotel.
