If I had the option of ZERO starts, that would be my rating. The staff members have no respect for how they handle the food or their costumers. We asked if there was any way we could switch our orders from counter top to drive through. Their response “move forward you’re messing up our time.” All the crew members where at the window trying to tell us to move up, we were trying to explain what we needed but almost everyone had airpods. We waited approximately 10 minutes before asking a crew member to check what had happened to our food. We ordered 2 large drinks and got One large drink and one medium. I won’t be upset up there is a price difference. The fries are old and cold. Not to mention no napkins, no straw. It is not our fault you need to keep a time limit on cars, or having a bad day to be taking it out on ALL your customers. Every other car was being placed on numbers for a crew member to go outside in this cold weather and deliver it. It is a shame mangers or even GM allow this type of service to the public.

Mr “ Manager “ Carlos doesn’t care about his customers , placed a mobile order at 11:51 picked it up at 11:53 got halfway home and seen my fries were old and cold turned right back around told him they were old and cold replaced them with more redipped cold fries he lied and kept telling me they was fresh but wasn’t even warm to touch told me “ we use gloves to grab the fries “ anybody who comes in sees McDonalds doesn’t use gloves to grab fries I’ve worked in fast food and can tell the difference between fresh & redipped had me pull up for more redipped crunchy fries . Looks like “ Manager “ Carlos needs to find a new Career where he don’t have to do nothing cause being lazy in fast food isn’t a option the customers keeps the business going for the employees without the customers the store won’t run

I entered this store at 8:30pm. They already blocked the dining area with chairs and rope. And this is not the first time. It is so terrible.
Google don’t let me make another review. I have to write here. Today, 4/13/2025, I came here to pick up my mobile order. Before I arrived, I already received the app’s message that my order is ready. After I was there for 10 min, nobody even looked at me. It was like I am invisible. I asked several times at different staff. Nobody answered me. Finally, one staff knew mine was mobile order. She tole a old staff. It looked like she is charge of mobile order. She asked my order number. Then checked my order bag. My order was sitll not ready at that time. She collected other food into the bag and then passed to me.
McDonald’s will definitely be damaged by these staffs’ bad sevice in the future.

This is my favorite McDonald’s in this area. Unfortunately it is an area that is not great so its atmosphere is lacking.
As far as the food it has always been really good, their fish sandwiches are the best of the McDonald’s ones that I have had and the service has been really good for fast food. There has been a few times that something has been missed in my order and I have called and they have taken my name and my number. I was able to come back and get it that day or the next day on my way to work with no problems.

It was cold and I asked for no salt and it had plenty. I went back in and told them about the salt and I SAID I don’t want to return anything I threw the fries away.

Double cheeseburgers from the Value Menu were a good deal. The food was hot and fresh. The service was quick and friendly. And everything looked clean. Best of all, the smiles came for free and were already included.

Mexican lady in McDonalds uniform after doing the #2. Left out the stall and DID NOT WASH HER HANDS. Water did not come on dryer didn’t make a sound. After doing the #2 she grabbed door handle and left. I was so disgusted. After washing my hands I went to the counter to advise management of what me and another lady just witnessed. I say I need to speak with a manager, one of the workers just used restroom an did not wash hands. The McDonald employee looked me dead in the eyes and said “oh yeah that’s the manager, the lady you’re talking about. She don’t wash her hands in the bathroom she comes by way of the food and washes her hands in the back. 3 women a myself left and walked out the store same time. Disgusting

My order was handed to the car in front of me, was not offered to be remade. Mainly because the girl in the window doesn’t speak English. Drive thru cashier stuck her bare fingers into a stack of drink cups. One employee is walking around with his phone in his hand watching football. Everyone here besides the one guy with dreads couldn’t care less about doing their job. They’re just here to get paid. This is absolute nonsense.
