I truly hate this McDonald’s. Unfortunately it’s the closest and cheapest place to my house. If I go through the drive thru and they tell me to pull forward, I just tell them to refund my order because I’ve played this game far too many times. Not waiting 20 more minutes, at that point I’ll go elsewhere. The curbside pickup featured in the mobile app is also completely defunct, don’t bother using it or you’ll be sitting for 20+ minutes waiting on food they forgot to make. It’s been terrible for years and honestly just needs to be shut down.

If I could give negative stars I would. It may be fast food but tonight was ridiculous food was cold and soggy. Missing food refused to replace or refund when went back up there. Phone number online is NOT their number for this store. Had to order food somewhere for my family beaus everything was completely wrong and refund refused. Manager wouldn’t even talk to me.

I was missing nuggets from my bag. I paid for btw. I said to the manager that I was missing the nuggets. He went and told the females at the back and they said “ big back” and running their mouths. Lol why hire these types of people? Plus why say Big Back if I paid for it. Next time I’ll just ask for a refund. It was today 12/06/2025 at 4:00pm. So if McD even cared, fire them all. I’ve been here a share full of times and every single time I end up sitting for 5-15 sometimes even 20 min waiting for my simple cheeseburger and fries then I check my burger which is only supposed to have Ketchup because I’m a super big texture person and there is almost always onions on it and I don’t mean like 1 or 2 because that’s fine. But im saying covered on the patty under the cheese on the bun everywhere. It’s disgusting. Worst mc donalds I’ve ever been too. Someone needs to come sort this place out.

I want to give two stars but they refunded us the majority of our check. Just avoid at all costs. Although it was a huge struggle and anxiety inducing event the food was at least good.

Without a doubt the new staff team that works night shifts is beyond … foul a gentleman came in with an order of 20 mc chickens and some other things and the cashier that was working made it a laughable scene and the cooks made a huge joke about it including the lobby customers and sad to say they all was making remarks of him being a fat ass and stuff…? All menu and kiosk screens were operational. Clean, including men’s restroom. Soda fountain machine. One of the nicer McDonald’s locations I’ve visited.
Like other McDonald’s, I’d recommend buying off the $1/$2/$3 menu. Sausage McMuffins and large colas are especially good deals. Besides the price, I’d *guess* $1/$2/$3 orders are also more likely to be filled quickly and correctly, compared to some less popular items.
