Still love the root beer & the food was hot but chicken wasn’t completely cooked. Mac was ok and the biscuit was still doughy. My son’s burger was good. It reminded me of why I don’t spend my money here, but today was kid choice. Ended up throwing away the entire chicken strip combo!

stopped by today 10/1 for lunch. got a bacon cheese burger combo with a root beer float. for the order they got my name completely wrong. im taylor they put jaylen. weird but not uncommon. the food was tragic. the float didnt have ice cream and if it did it was all melted when i got it. and the burger was a crime. no bacon on a bacon cheese burger and it was COLD. i had to put it in a microwave to heat it up. how do you serve a cold burger. the only good experience here was the fries. what a disappointment

I just went through the drive thru for lunch as I used to love the papa burger, however, this was terrible! The lettuce was frozen which made the burger completely inedible.

Drove there in the snow and didn’t get all of my food. (Missing the cheese curds that I pulled aside and waited for) Everything was old and hard and the chili was burned and super thick. Nothing was edible. Was told to drive back in the snow if we wanted a refund.

Soda station was filthy. Trash recepticle overflowing. No cups available at drink station. Napkin dispenser was empty. Inside tables dirty. Outdoor tables also not clean. Food extremely unappetizing. We tried eating the stuff, but ended up pitching the majority in the trash.

After sharing with Terry, who is an A&W employee at the Quincy and Buckley location, that my partner loves A&W but since I’ve been in Colorado every time I go there my order isn’t right Terry, his manager Alexander and the rest of their crew went out of the way to make sure I had an awesome meal. Terry at the front counter is as good as they come. Very friendly and made each and every customer feel taken care of. As other have echoed in their reviews, I got home only to find out that my biscuits were missing. Drove back to the store and Terry recognized me as soon as I walked in the door. I’m not one for writing reviews, but Terry 100% deserves the recognition.
