Did I really just waste my money to receive this crap! It took forever to get the order for it to taste like this. The steak cheese bagels tasted like they just dumped the whole thing of salt on the sandwiches, no sauce but extra greasy with a cold half done hash brown. I also paid for extra caramel for my frappe, which I didn’t receive, Staff’s rude!

This has to be the worst experience—-first they say no smoothie—-then after waiting and already finishing my mcchicken, we get it—then after driving and realizing they forgot our HC …now what could have been a short trip with fries, mcchicken, smoothie and HC turned to 40 min process! The mcchicken was a drive thru mobile order also!

Also make sure you ask for napkins, straws. Because you will be down the road before you realize that they didn’t gove them to you again.

I was order 1039 on 1/16/26. I ordered food at 558 pm. I did not receive my food until 637. 35 minutes for 2 drinks, 2 fries, 10 nuggets, and 2 snack wraps. No compensation offered. Thanks for nothing. DO BETTER!

I don’t know who the manager was on duty, but she needs to go ahead and clock out because my fries cold my quarter pounder cold cheese wasn’t even melted. I could swear that my burger was pink and my strawberry Fanta had the color, but it didn’t have a taste all carbonation no flavor honestly if I would’ve tried the food in the drive-through I would’ve just got my money back. They lucky I drove all the way home or I would’ve made that night very hard. Mama state was choosing McDonald’s. I could’ve went to Hardee’s and even Taco Bell and got hotter food than they did. I don’t understand how you have cars coming in and out your drive-through what the food code I don’t understand and didn’t have the nerve to not even put in the work for the food just giving customers anything if a manager thinks that’s OK. She need to find another job. Check your employees do better. It’s either delivery orders or drive-through problems. I know McDonald’s is busy, but that’s a part of the job. If you can’t handle the fast pace, maybe you should go work at a library. It’s frustrating to wait in line just to get horrible food.

There is a black lady working on 08/13/25 at 7:30 pm and she was phenomenal! I wish I could have gotten her name. She is extremely busy doing multiple jobs while being very nice to all of the customers. I stopped here for my lunch break and I am happy that I did. Thank you Ms. Lady for keeping your calm in this rush and for being nice. Your hard work did not go unnoticed ☺️

Be careful. You might not get your delivery order. Multiple times, my delivery driver said that they “don’t have your food.” For some odd reason. And had to cancel their assignment. Had to cancel my order like 3 times. I don’t order delivery from here anymore. I recommend the same.

ABSOLUTELY the slowest McDonald’s ever. 20 plus minute average unless you place your Mobil order wayyy ahead. 100 students order in the lobby before school (which is cool they gotta eat)

We ordered two meal deals in the drive thru and they forgot the nuggets. So we pulled into the parking lot and went inside to get them. The worker proceeds to ask are you sure you didn’t eat them and then come back in. Excuse me? Do you think we would waste our time rolling around the parking lot, getting out of the car and go into the lobby and deal with McDonald’s to get “free” $3 nuggets? Babe this isn’t a luxury high end place no one cares that much. Not everyone’s making $9 an hour so I understand the sentiment but do better.
