I waited 20 minutes for my order and when I did get what was supposed to be a large meal it had enough fries in it to be a small, medium at best. I asked for more fries because the fri cup was only half full. The manager snatched the fries from me while mumbling under her breath.

The food is McDonald’s so the expectation is normal. We went through the drive in and then they lost our order. We had already been traveling for 7 hours and it was frustrating that they lost it. Then they brought us 2 other orders that were not ours so I gave them back. After about 18 to 20 min we got our food. We are not upset at the poor kids who were really trying but maybe the system needs to be reviewed.

Manager and employee was loudly arguing. They appeared to know each other well to be laughing after their argument. Took them over ten minutes just to take the order and another 15 just to serve you cold food. They also didn’t make the order right. It was just horrible! Lobby full of people and they were playing around.

This place is horrible. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Not only do the simplest orders take 20 minutes for them to get out but when they do get I out it’s guaranteed to be wrong. Don’t ever pull away from this place without checking your food. And also they don’t answer their phone when you call to complain. I assume they’ve just made peace with the fact that they provide the worst possible service in the worst possible time.

Food was rubbery and tasteless. The managers don’t know how to control money therefore the poor staff is being verbally attacked because they can’t give change back. If you can’t properly run a store don’t. A wonderfully nice lady named Linda was helping a customer when a very rude employee named Savanah yelled at her “I just need you to do your job” and kept laying into her. Please do something about this. I understand the job can be stressful but taking it out on other coworkers is absolutely uncalled for.

Check your order to make sure it is all there. Missing a sandwich and 2 chocolate milks on an order that was only 2 meals and 2 happy meals. Call the store and your call goes to voicemail box that is full, probably full of complaints. From now on, will drive to Burger King across the street.
