Ordered burgers with extra pickles and payed for extra pickles then one would expect extra pickles on their burgers. But apparently this location operates in an alternate dimension where extra pickles means no pickles at all! None zero zilch not a single burger I payed for had pickles on them. This location is a failure of epic proportions. From this day forward I refuse to stop here I refuse to get fuel here and I refuse to purchase food here for as long as I continue to exist on this pathetic rock floating in space all because I ordered extra pickles and received none at all. Quite the slow service, not to say that there isn’t anyone available at the register most of the time. Half an hour for two baskets of fries and two drinks. Not to say, there aren’t many fries in these baskets, they look less than the usual large fries portion.

Honestly only rating it a one because there’s no option for zero, as in ZERO customer service. We placed an order through the app today (12/06/25) and went through the drive through. When we got there, there were three other cars ahead of us, so we waited. About 10 minutes later, the car ahead us moves forward so we get by the speaker and hear nothing. As we wait and notice all three cars are still there waiting. We decide to check the hours of operations and notice they are now closed (This is after abt 30mins of waiting; we placed the order prior to closing time and when we got to the drive thru it was still before closing time). We are from out of town, as this is a travel location so we just assumed it was 24hrs. NOONE bothered to come thru the speaker to let customers know they were now closed , and when my husband went to ask at the window what to do with our prepaid orders, the guy was all irritated and rude and told him just cancel it. All he or ANYONE for that matter had to do was let people know they were closed, instead of letting people waste their time waiting. That is extremely RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and INCONSIDERATE. Please address this.

I came to this Loves Travel Stop Mcdoanlds to try the “Buy One, Add One for $1” Double Cheeseburgers.
As a person who does not add salt to their food whenever possible… I felt like my name was MR. ED and I was given a salt block to lick. Anyways, I ate the burgers and realized I do not need to ever be eating this stuff again.

After going to this McDonald’s five times now I can 100% say this is the slowest McDonald’s in Indiana. I travel a lot so I can 100% tell you there isn’t one worse maybe some equal..be prepared to wait even if everyone in front of you ordered water.

Waited 20 mins for food. I had a Big Mac combo. The fries were cold and gross. I asked for fresh fries waited again for 15 minutes before I just left. Sad customer service and there was atleast 10 to 15 people waiting with me almost the entire time.

Stop in yesterday evening and got food for the family, fast food went to slow food had to pull over to wait for my food and the buns was hard on burgers and fish sandwiches and large fries are half full and will never go back to this restaurant again poor service and food was shit. Keep my $30.00 for $10.00 in food and service.

Was not open during business hours. No signs at loves stating they were closed. Put in mobile order at about 0645. Business hours are 0500-midnight. Due to not being open, they took my money and ran. I have gone back to the store for a refund. They refused to refund. Contacted McDonald’s through the app, they also refused to refund.
