I’ve been a customer at this McDonald’s location for over 15 years, and I’m honestly very disappointed by what happened last Tuesday after the snowstorm.
I went through the drive-through to get food for my kids after being stuck at home for days. The employee taking orders was extremely rude and kept interrupting me every time I tried to explain what I wanted. She repeatedly cut me off and restarted explaining the menu prices instead of listening. Even when I said I understood and was ready to order, she continued speaking in a very disrespectful tone.
I asked to speak with a manager. When the manager came to the window, instead of listening to the concern, she immediately became defensive and would not allow me to explain what happened. I even parked and went inside to try to speak calmly, but I was not given the opportunity to talk and felt completely dismissed.
Good customer service starts with basic respect and listening. This experience was upsetting and unacceptable, especially for a long-time customer. I won’t be returning to this location.
I’m sharing this review so others know they should expect to be treated with respect — and speak up when they’re not.

Usually go to this location. Whoever was on drive thru tonight was rather rude. I waited about 5 minutes before she took my order after saying “I’ll be with you whenever I can”. It was not busy, I don’t see why it too 5 minutes. She sounded very frustrated that I had a little bit of a bigger order and was really worked up that I wanted to use my rewards code. I’ll be back because whoever handed me my food is always so nice. I don’t know his name but he’s a middle aged black gentleman with a beard. He always gives phenomenal service.

A mediocre McDonald’s experience. Dining room wasn’t very clean and it took a while to get my food. To make matters worse, my food which I customized in the app when I ordered, wasn’t made correctly. Luckily, a friendly worker gave me a container of pickles to make up for the missing ones on my sandwich. The fries were okay and the food tasted good, but my McRib was oddly placed upside down in the container.
Update 01/2024: Okay, I’ve eaten here a lot more and have to improve the rating. The service is actually pretty good, and they haven’t messed up my order in a long time. The dining room still isn’t very clean though.

It’s decent inside, nothing too fancy, but it’s clean. Staff is polite and friendly. But you guys need to stop being cheap and replace oil accordingly. This hashbrown is insulting. Other than that, it’s a McDonalds. Extra star for being close to Walmart for convenience.

One of the best McDonalds I’ve gone to. We became regular , staff amazing , good prompt, fresh, very clean , bathrooms well kept. We fine in and take out often. We have gone for breakfast, lunch and dinner – always
