It’s always nice to come across a McDonald’s that still believes in affordability. All the extra value meals are under $10 and they still have value menu specials. The woman at the counter was also very friendly. Thanks for a pleasant experience!

I don’t frequent McDonalds but my wife needed a place to work for a bit. The few employees we encountered seemed to enjoy themselves and were nice. And the decor/design of the dining room was cool.
But there were some odd things: no napkins available for dining customers. Very strange. You had to go up to the counter and ask for some, and they’d give you 3-4. Strange. The entirety of the flooring in the dining room was slimy or slick. I couldn’t figure it out; though I have to assume it’s collateral damage from being inside a fast food restaurant.

Your restaurant makes good food and the customer service is pretty good but when I come in and order from the app while sitting at a table, I dont want your guy that walks around in the lobby cleaning everything as much as he can walking up and asking how everything is and trying to make small talk, nor do I want him walking up AS SOON as im done eating to take my tray and wipe down the table and seats that im still sitting in. He’s a nice boy but please let him know to leave the customers alone until they leave. There is a reason I sit at a table and order from the app. I want to be left alone while I eat my lunch before I go back to work myself. You know who im talking about, please let him know respectfully to leave customers alone.

I’ve been going here for over 13 years, my local McDonald’s holds a special place, truly a cut above any other I know. It’s consistently good, with meals usually always served warm, and my orders almost always correct, a reliability I deeply appreciate. While sometimes the packaging or the big reveal of the food might be a little sloppy, the quality always prevails, making it truly the best McDonald’s experience I know.

This is one of the best McDONALDS ive ever been to.. its always big building plenty of seating even thru rush hour.. Food was great. Staff was great. Got our food in like 3 minutes during rush hour.. Great all around experience.. Recommendations to everybody… 2 thumbs up!!!

The guy at front register should not great a customer by saying “What do you want” from the dinning area. His tone is rude and he over talks you while you order. My order was wrong and why did I pay $0.29 extra for a sweet tea on a happy meal?? This guy should be removed from the register and not be around customers!! I’m done take my business to Greencastle !! And not McDonald’s

They have been very good on getting me the meal I have ordered. I usually get the grilled chicken wrap and have them leave off the ranch dressing. I enjoy the Wrap best without the dressing. Sometimes I eat in just to enjoy the lunch time experience. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The place was neat and orderly. One thing I do miss, is the TV that some of the Restaurants have for News updates. The place is easy to get in and out for travel.

Clean store and large places to sit and relax. Restroom was clean. Ample parking outside. Drive thru was faster. Their machine for latte was down however the manager offered a different frappe drink. Loved their helping attitude. They have kiosk to order and also having mobile order pick up counter. Very near to the interstate.

If you order without cheese, double check, 2nd filet of fish i got and both had cheese when ordered without, also, xtra tartar sauce seems to mean light sauce. I am a trucker and both times I was on the road before I opened sandwich. Guess I gotta check their work before I leave
