Ordered food from the app because it’s faster lol. Went through the drive through because it’s faster lol. Then asked to pull into a parking spot to wait on the order. Waited over ten minutes! The food was cold!!!! This is supposed to be fast food. If I wanted to sit and wait for food I would went to a regular restaurant.

If I wanted a salad I would’ve ordered a salad. The amount of mac sauce is overwhelming. Looks like it’s been sitting for a few hours. I ordered the new grinch meal and didn’t even get the box it comes in they just put it in a regular bag and forgot my fries and the grinch salt that was supposed to come with it. Do better St.Marys McDonald’s.

We went inside and the whole experience was pretty good for a McDonalds! The restaurant was clean and we got our food in a timely manner. Everything in our order was correct and the food was hot.

First time here. Love that they play Christian music! Fries are hot and fresh, nice amount of salt. Bathrooms are clean. Service workers are friendly.

I come here to get food very often. I have never had any problems with staff up until now. I was previously very close with a current employee. However, when I come to eat there now I am treated with nothing but disrespect by her co-workers. Which in my opinion should not happen because the employees are there do their jobs not to make comments about customers. Personally I think all employees should be required to complete more extensive training when working in customer service.
