I don’t understand how I can order breakfast on my mobile at at 10:05, pay for my order, drive across town and wait almost 20 minutes in line, just to be told they can’t fill my order because they stopped serving breakfast. We literallly watched the menu switch to lunch while waiting in line. My paid for order should have been prepaired and waiting for my pick-up. I was told they couldn’t fill my order and the person on the intercom said she’d talk to a manager. She moved on to the next customer. I pulled ahead and the person at the window also said they couldn’t fill my order. When I said it was already paid for, he simply said I’d be refunded within 24-48 hours. So 45 minutes later, I drove across town, paid over $23, and came home with nothing but dissapointment. I feel this could have, and should have been handled better.

Horrible, had a mobile order they couldn’t find it after showing on our side the confirmation, I had to repay and my other payment would be refunded in 24 hrs. Had to wait and repay, what in the world is the app good for?! Won’t go to this one again.

frappes were barely filled. they were mostly whipped cream. waited 30 minutes, fries were cold, chicken was cold, did get souce, service was bad, won’t go again

I love this place. The food is fresh and the employees make you feel prioritized and welcomed! The interior design is makes me feel like I stepped into art museum for fast food! Clean, orderly, fresh! Five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had door dash pick up. That went well,but my quarter pounder with cheese was very salty. Could not eat and my fish sandwich was over cooked, almost rubbery. I don’t usually have complaints, but not happy with this order.

I went through the drive through and the guy with a goatee beard was extremely disrespectful and kept making comments while trying to run my card and then refused to give me a receipt for the food and told me to just pull ahead and closed the window the food was good and all correct just bad service and he should be removed from the drive through window

Food stacked in bag always neat but about 75-80% accurate for how often I order McDonald’s (once or twice a month), hence why I only gave this place four stars. The inside is newly renovated which is nice. Today, I was deciding on a frozen drink and was notified of a new menu item, the strawberry shortcake McFlurry. It was better than expected! I was imagining crunchy crumbles and chopped strawberries softened from frozen, But what I really got is the crumbles being on the soft side but the strawberry chunks were gave the crunch! They tasted kind of like from Trix cereal. To be honest, it was a pleasant surprise and I really liked it! The texture was perfect and the soft serve was just as delicious as ever! Before I knew it, I devoured half of it before I made it home lol…

McDonald’s is a nice place to go especially for kids. The food is usually fresh, tasty and ready pretty quickly. Unfortunately they have gotten quite pricey.

This is the 3rd visit this week. Each time through the drive through and they have messed up the order every time. The print out is correct, the hamburgers were not.

Yes my burrito was tasty, but my cookie was hard as a brick .. felt like my tooth broke as soon as I bit into it & also my boyfriends orange juice was super water down. Absolutely disappointed with this organization
