Everytime we go here the order is messed up. Have to run back and forth 80 times when I just want to eat. “Special Request” for a substitution doesn’t mean a biscuit for the 6th time. It literally says “special request” on the receipt. How hard can we make this….. We also received a Diet Coke instead of regular coke… Can we get a third window to give back all the stuff from the other side that was wrong? Must be a good time to try all the new local options.

I have ordered multiple times online for my kids to pick up breakfast on their way to school with friends. I give them the code and click already here on the app. This morning they told my son the phone it was ordered on had to be in store which is NOT true! So he went to school without the breakfast I paid for! I called and the manager was very rude and even started yelling at one of the workers to get out of her way while on the phone with me. Nothing was resolved, she was rude, The money came out of my account and my son didn’t get his breakfast!! Way to go Pomeroy McDonald’s!

Food and service has quickly declined lately. It takes a very long time for any food to come out of the drive-thru and most of my orders have been incorrect or so sloppily put together that it falls apart.

Went through the drive through while on duty for EMS in the ambulance with mobile orders for myself and coworkers. Got pulled to wait for all the food to be prepared. Judy Wise came out and berated myself and my friend, was extremely rude, confrontational, and aggressive. I do not feel that I will be able to return to this restaurant and not have any concerns that my order will have been tampered with as I have seen Judy Wise be mean and vindictive to her employees in front of the entire restaurant in previous interactions.

Food is alright, when made correctly. This location tends to take a long time. I only get my order half the time. The other half I leave and go elsewhere because of the wait.
