My biggest problem is with management particularly one named Katie McMasters who allowed my 16 year old ( who was an employee) to be threatened and almost assaulted by a woman in her 30s. Then told her to get her shit ( yes she literally cussed at my daughter) and start walking and get off the property right then. Wouldn’t even allow her to wait for me to get there to pick her up. Not only that I’ve been informed they have rats and bugs. Would not recommend eating there or leaving your kids alone for even a second there. Other managers are good. One in particular. But that place is a serious joke!

Prices go up and food gets smaller if correct . On this visit they served a McRib on a regular bun and then cut the meat to match. I personally think McDonald’s is trash but my family likes it occasionally and they always disappoint. I fill out the survey and nothing ever happens only my time driving back if I choose to. Instead I’ll just leave a review.

Worst service I’ve ever received at this location. Stopped in today for a fast lunch. We waited for 30 minutes on our food. When it finally was delivered to our table (we used the kiosk), our burgers and fries were cold, and our shakes were melted.
Even though the manager was apologetic, there was no actual apology regarding the shakes, just “I just made these, I have no control how they come out.”
Last time I had a milkshake, it wasn’t lukewarm and the consistency of water. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service and lack thereof. Do not recommend.

Sucks when you stop to order and the kiosk hasn’t been turned on for the day. And it’s 10 o’clock in the Morning. And there’s no one around to take your order. And the line is way backed up inside. I love ordering the kiosk. Because I know I get my order right? And there was plenty of people in the back, because I saw them all rushing around.

I’m not sure why the employees can’t say thank you or you’re welcome any time I come thru the line. You wonder why people don’t come thru because you also get the order wrong and my milkshakes have been GREEN. Mind you it’s vanilla. Do better because your employees have no manners and people get tired of saying thank you when you look at them with a blank face trying to be kind. these are grown adults as well!

The last few times the staff were less than satisfactory. You could tell they didn’t care nor did they seem to want to be there. I get that. It’s a job. I was a server for almost 8 years, so speaking from experience; when you’re in a customer service position, it requires a certain kind of demeanor. And my orders have been incomplete on three separate occasions, recently.

You almost always get pulled forward to wait on your food, but that’s if you even make it to the pickup window without sitting 10 minutes waiting in line to pay. The price is ridiculous for the quality of food you do get. Food at the Pike street McDonald’s is usually better and actually hot when you receive your bag.

Kathleen was very unprofessional. My order was incorrect. Missing items. Drinks were spilled in our bag. I called to have the matter resolved. She would only repeat “okay” over and over again. Refused to correct my order. Very unpleasant and unprofessional of a manager. Highly do not recommend this location.
