Food and service is always great. Drive thru however is always an issue. They need to redo the parking lot like Ashlands bc people turn the one lane drive thru into two lanes blocking in people and almost hitting people.

2nd best out of the 3 McDonald’s in the area I went to. Cashier was clearly young and new so I’m not gonna be sour just because he wasn’t experienced. Small mistakes, still had a nice experience. Proctorville nearby gave me the best experience, I recommend them.

Had a mobile order as usual and noticed an older gentleman with a dog behind me. I’m a sucker for a good boy, so I asked the person if I could add 2 cheeseburgers and give them to the guy behind me. You would think I just spit in this kids face. He immediately started mumbling something that I had to turn off my heater just to hear. He basically told me no… So much for paying it forward at McDolands….

The young guy with the mullet in the drive thru NEVER says thank you. And I mean never. He has the worst manners. You would think they would instruct them to say thank you if their parents didn’t teach them basic human manners. Edit: I just got home to eat my #1 breakfast meal and it had an egg shell in it at least 1.5 inches long. So either someone doesn’t care at all about their work, or they are purposely sabotaging the store. Not sure which. Any cook knows that you remove even the smallest eggshell when you’re cooking. This thing was gigantic which makes me think it’s more likely someone is sabotaging the store for some dispute.

I am always a fan.of McDonald’s. The chicken nuggets cannot be beat. The nuggets have a distinct taste that make you want more. The fries are also great.

Wife had to pull to a parking spot to wait on a quarter pounder deluxe. When she got to the house (10 min away) this is what I got. Fries were mushy and fell apart also. My kids nuggets were fresh though.

Line was long but when my daughter saw a tiny tiger could be in her very first Happy Meal, the wait was worth it. My order was perfect and every thing was fresh, all the customary things that makes McDonald’s great. My daughter will always remember her first happy meal. We had to eat at home of course but she still loved it. Thank s.
