My God, I can’t say I’ve ever experienced a McDonald’s like this. It’s practically unheard of at this point. The staff, wonderful; the building, clean; the food, absolutely tasteful and actually made to perfection. I am blown away that I ate at a McDonald’s that’s staff holds high standards. Every McDonald’s I’ve came across up until now was full of poor management in the restaurant as well as the district. But this one? It’s amazing. I don’t care how long the drive is here, I will forever consider this McDonald’s before any other in the region.

This location is a disaster. Half the time I get a sandwich I didn’t order. The other half of the time, I’m directed to park and wait for my cheeseburger. I wait 10-15 minutes before I go in and get the food myself. Then I’m late back for work.

Slow to answer drive thru. Not greeted at cash window. Just told total and given change with no send off. Pick up window parked me and ten minutes later I went in to get my two sandwiches and three fries that were served off and gone.

Absolutely disgusting…..Sat 15 min waiting on food, ordered double cheeseburger, fries and Mc Rib..ALL 3 items cold as hell..the buns on sandwiches were hard as a brick. The McRib meat was cold when biting into it.. puked up food 30 min ago..called health dept..Just worried about numbers not quality.. Sad .tried calling store pit me on hold. Everyone stay out of this one..

I come pretty frequently to this McDonald’s for coffee but the last few times I have been there the service was very poor. The other day I ordered 2 iced coffees on the kiosk, I waited 30 minutes for them to serve them with 3 employees in the front doing little to nothing except pacing around and inappropriately talking about their personal lives. Finally when we got their attention they told us they did not have our order and they lost it so they had to remake it which took almost 20 more minutes. I figured it was just because we ordered it on the kiosk so I gave them another chance and came back for another coffee today. Everything seemed fine until I was handed a coffee with two cups, I thought it was a funny mistake until I unknowingly lifted the inner cup out of the other one to figure out the cup inside was split straight down the middle. I ended up wearing half of my coffee when it could have been easily avoided by getting a new cup or even just telling me about it. This McDonald’s is very uncoordinated and some of the workers put no effort into anything they do.

Did online order my nephew tried to pick it up and they would not allow him to. this site has messed up my order so many times I am tired of it corporate needs to come in and do something they have cashiers leaving draws opened and unattended.

There’s a women that could be the manager not sure but has been cussing at her workers and to others throughout the last few days. Hire ups should be doing some digging on her. She started cussing at my fiance all bc someone didn’t locked the doors so she complained about it instead of doing it herself if it was an issue!!
