When I first started going to this location I wasn’t that impressed at all but something changed because now they’re on it . The orders are out fast, hot and made the way I asked. I’m really impressed how much of a turn around they have had. Good job. I now go to this location at least 4 times a week for my lunch break. Keep up the good work!!

All we ordered was 6 double cheeseburgers and had to wait about 10 minutes for them. Waiting that long our food should have been fresh. It was not. Our burgers were warm but not hot and tasted like they had been sitting for awhile. We won’t be back to this location.

The new way that McDonald’s has dine in is NOT customer service friendly. We went to the Springfield location for breakfast. A weekend ritual of ours and for the first time I encountered the one till and the wall with nobody there. We order hot mustard sauce with our breakfast and have to order it at the till because the kiosk does not have that option for breakfast. After the guy ahead of us eventually (like 5 minutes of waiting) flagged down the worker in the back. In this time we put the rest of our order in the kiosk and elected to pay at the till so that we could add hot mustard. We had to explain to the worker that we needed to pay at the till and that we wanted to add hot mustard. Our order was ready fairly quickly (our receipt said done in and we entered our table number for table service) but the worker put our order on the counter and yelled over that it was ready. I got out order and sat down and realized… no hot mustard. Back to the till and another couple minutes until I could wave down the worker again to get me what I had ordered. I sat down and my partner who had noticed grounds along the bottom of her ice coffee had to do the same in order to get one without. The worker did deliver the iced coffee later. I don’t know whose decision it was to have no/little interaction with staff but we decided Burger King breakfast will be worth a shot going forward.

I don’t typically give fast food more than 3 stars but in this case I did. This is because mornings are so hectic an employee name Max, a familiar face for years in an industry that has more turn arounds than a merry-go-round. It’s a 20 second, Hey, Pay, Have a Nice Day, with a smile before I face the 45 minute commute on Rt. 70 to Columbus. At my age it’s funny how we can get set in our ways, something we told our younger self we would never do, lol.

Yet another McDonalds where I wait at the drive through speaker with no one coming to even simply say “one moment please”. Nothing just crickets for 15 minutes before I eventually drove away so I wasn’t late for work.

Worst McDonalds ever!! Nasty bathroom. No one to take our order at the counter. Kiosk was the most confusing one I have ever used at any store EVER. TOOK 20 MIN to get 4 cookies and an iced tea which was watered down to water. Wasted another 10 min on the kiosk. Tea Probably had 2 drops of tea in it. We were on the road passing through and we lost 45 min at this stop for gas and Micky D’s. Never again will I stop at mc d anywhere!!

Staff are absolute saints, I’ve never experienced such genuine helpfulness and kindness from workers who did not have to do what they did. The nature of our order was through the third party McDonald’s app which they have no control over, yet they did their absolute best to help. Bless Amy, and the young man working the service window. The manager who keeps the kind people around. Thank you the backbone of society workers :))
